Align your portfolio to Intuit's growth motion
Intuit's Growth Manager roles sit at the intersection of product and marketing, with heavy emphasis on experimentation and funnel optimization. Document specific A/B tests, conversion rate improvements, or lifecycle campaigns you've led before applying.
Target roles under TurboTax or QuickBooks divisions
Intuit's sponsorship activity for growth functions concentrates in its flagship product lines. Filtering your search to these business units increases the odds you're applying to teams with established visa filing workflows and recurring international hiring.
Verify your visa type matches the role's filing path
Intuit sponsors several visa categories, including H-1B, E-3, TN, and F-1 OPT. Confirm which category applies to your situation before the offer stage so you're not negotiating timelines blind when the recruiter asks about your work authorization status.
Request a start date that clears H-1B cap timing
If you need a cap-subject H-1B, USCIS only accepts petitions in April for an October 1 start. Build this into your offer negotiation early. Asking to defer your start date by a few months is a standard ask at companies with mature immigration programs.
Use Migrate Mate to find open Growth Manager roles at Intuit
Search Migrate Mate's visa-sponsorship job board to surface active Growth Manager listings at Intuit filtered by visa type. This saves you from applying through channels where sponsorship eligibility is unclear until late in the process.
Prepare to address specialty occupation standing for LCA filing
DOL Labor Condition Applications for Growth Manager roles require the position to qualify as a specialty occupation. Strengthen your case by ensuring the role description emphasizes the degree requirement in marketing, statistics, or a related field, and that your resume reflects that specific educational background.

Find Growth Manager at Intuit JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Intuit sponsor H-1B visas for Growth Managers?
Yes, Intuit sponsors H-1B visas for Growth Manager roles. Growth Manager positions at Intuit generally qualify as specialty occupations under USCIS standards because they require a bachelor's degree or higher in a specific field such as marketing, economics, or data science. If you're subject to the H-1B cap, the annual lottery in March is the entry point, with an October 1 start date if selected.
How do I apply for Growth Manager jobs at Intuit?
Apply directly through Intuit's careers portal or use Migrate Mate to browse Growth Manager openings filtered by visa sponsorship type. When you apply, be transparent about your work authorization status on the application. Intuit's recruiting process for Growth Manager roles typically includes a recruiter screen, a hiring manager interview, and a case study or growth exercise before an offer is extended.
Which visa types does Intuit commonly use for Growth Manager roles?
Intuit sponsors H-1B, E-3, TN, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, J-1, and Green Card pathways including EB-2 and EB-3 for qualifying employees. Australian citizens can use the E-3 visa, which has no lottery and allows a faster path to starting work. Canadian and Mexican nationals may qualify under TN status. Your best-fit category depends on your citizenship and degree field.
What qualifications does Intuit expect for Growth Manager roles?
Intuit's Growth Manager positions typically require a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, data science, or a closely related field, along with hands-on experience running growth experiments or managing acquisition and retention programs. Familiarity with product-led growth, SQL for data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering teams is commonly expected. Mid-level roles often require three or more years of directly relevant experience.
How do I time my application around visa processing for a Growth Manager role at Intuit?
Timing depends on your visa category. F-1 OPT allows you to start work before any visa petition is filed, giving you the most flexibility. H-1B cap-subject candidates need to account for the April lottery and an October 1 start date, so beginning your job search in late fall or early winter the prior year is practical. E-3 and TN visas can be processed faster, sometimes within weeks of an offer, which gives you more room to negotiate a start date.
