Frame your portfolio around measurable product impact
Intuit Growth roles typically require demonstrated experience with experimentation, funnel optimization, or lifecycle marketing. Quantify outcomes from past campaigns or A/B tests before applying so your resume speaks the language hiring managers at a product-led fintech company expect.
Target teams building on QuickBooks and TurboTax platforms
Intuit's largest Growth hiring clusters around its core consumer and small business products. Tailoring your application to a specific platform signals domain fit and increases your chances of reaching a hiring manager who has budget approved for your role.
Use Migrate Mate to filter open Growth roles by sponsorship type
Not every Growth posting at Intuit is tied to the same visa pathway. Migrate Mate lets you filter Intuit's open positions by the visa types they actively support, so you can prioritize roles that match your current immigration status.
Align your OPT or grace period with Intuit's hiring cycle
Intuit recruits Growth talent year-round, but product team headcount decisions often align with fiscal planning. If you're on F-1 OPT, calculate your authorization window carefully. USCIS allows a 60-day grace period after OPT ends, not after you start job searching.
Request the Labor Condition Application timeline from your recruiter early
Your employer files the LCA with DOL before any H-1B or E-3 petition can proceed. At a large employer like Intuit, internal procurement and legal review can add weeks to that process. Asking upfront prevents a missed filing window.

Find Growth at Intuit JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Intuit sponsor H-1B visas for Growths?
Yes, Intuit sponsors H-1B visas for Growth roles. The H-1B requires your position to qualify as a specialty occupation, which Growth roles in product analytics, marketing technology, and lifecycle strategy generally satisfy given their degree requirements. Because the H-1B is subject to an annual cap and lottery, timing your application correctly relative to the April filing window is critical.
How do I apply for Growth jobs at Intuit?
Applications go through Intuit's careers portal, where Growth roles are listed under marketing, product growth, or analytics depending on the team. Before applying, confirm the role explicitly supports visa sponsorship, since not every posting will. Migrate Mate curates Intuit's open Growth positions and filters by visa type, making it easier to identify the right opportunities before you apply directly on Intuit's site.
Which visa types does Intuit commonly use for Growth roles?
Intuit sponsors H-1B, E-3, TN, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, J-1, and Green Card pathways including EB-2 and EB-3 for Growth professionals. E-3 is available to Australian citizens only and often moves faster than H-1B since it has no lottery. TN applies to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying occupations. The right pathway depends on your nationality and current immigration status.
What qualifications does Intuit expect for sponsored Growth roles?
Most Growth roles at Intuit require a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as marketing, statistics, economics, or computer science, along with hands-on experience in experimentation, growth analytics, or user acquisition. Roles tied to H-1B or E-3 sponsorship require the degree to directly correspond to the position, so generalist backgrounds without a clear specialty may face scrutiny during the petition review.
How do I navigate the sponsorship timeline for a Growth role at Intuit?
Once you have an offer, Intuit's legal team files a Labor Condition Application with DOL before submitting any visa petition to USCIS. For H-1B, the cap filing window opens April 1 each year, so offers made outside that window may require a cap-exempt bridge or a status extension. E-3 and TN petitions move faster and are not cap-subject. Build at least eight to twelve weeks of lead time into your expected start date.
