Overview
About the Team
The Intuit Mailchimp B2B Demand Generation team is expanding to accelerate growth within our mid-market and enterprise segments. We drive full-funnel demand programs that connect marketing and sales through integrated campaigns, ABM sales plays, and data-driven strategy. This growing team is collaborative, analytical, and focused on building scalable, high-impact marketing systems that fuel business growth.
You’ll join a high-performing team that includes our ABM Sales Play Manager and Demand Generation Manager, working together to shape and execute our next phase of B2B expansion.
About the Role
We’re seeking a Marketing Strategist & Operations Manager to help bridge marketing and sales — bringing operational excellence, data fluency, and strategic insight to our go-to-market efforts. This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical rigor with strong strategic thinking and consultative problem-solving skills.
You will own forecasting, reporting, and data integration across multiple systems, and play a critical role in aligning marketing and sales execution through insight, process, and technology.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Develop the annual inbound and outbound demand forecast and roadmap, in partnership with sales, marketing, and finance stakeholders.
- Own holistic B2B marketing performance reporting — preparing and presenting insights for Sales share-outs, executive reviews, and ongoing optimization.
- Manage the marketing execution calendar, ensuring clear alignment between marketing campaigns, ABM plays, and sales enablement.
- Evaluate and optimize marketing platforms and tools — lead integration efforts, assess new B2B demand generation tactics, and champion best practices.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis across systems (Salesforce, BigQuery, Google Analytics, ZoomInfo, etc.) to surface actionable insights that inform strategy and execution.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales Ops, RevOps, and Analytics to improve data consistency, reporting accuracy, and go-to-market efficiency.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years in B2B marketing, growth strategy, or marketing operations (experience in SaaS or tech is a plus).
- Strong background in strategy consulting, marketing analytics, or go-to-market operations.
- Proficiency with SQL and comfort working in BigQuery or similar environments.
- Experience using and connecting tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Google Analytics, Marketo/HubSpot, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
- Ability to synthesize data from multiple systems into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Strong project management and communication skills; able to lead through influence and drive alignment across teams.
- A passion for experimentation and innovation in B2B marketing tactics and technologies.

Align your portfolio to Intuit's product lines
Intuit hires Marketing talent around specific products like QuickBooks, TurboTax, and Credit Karma. Frame your portfolio around data-driven campaign work or product-led growth, not just brand awareness, to match how their Marketing org is structured.
Clarify your visa category before applying
Intuit sponsors several visa types for Marketing roles, including H-1B, E-3, and TN. Knowing which category applies to your nationality lets you ask the right questions during recruiter screens instead of getting surprised late in the process.
Target roles that map to a specialty occupation
USCIS requires H-1B roles to qualify as specialty occupations needing a relevant bachelor's degree or higher. Marketing roles tied to analytics, product marketing, or market research tend to meet this bar more cleanly than generalist coordinator-level positions.
Use Migrate Mate to filter open Marketing roles at Intuit that actively list sponsorship
Not every Intuit Marketing posting signals sponsorship availability upfront. Migrate Mate surfaces roles where sponsorship is confirmed, so you're not spending time applying to positions that will stall at the offer stage.
Prepare for LCA timelines before you receive an offer
Your employer must file a certified Labor Condition Application with DOL before USCIS can process your H-1B petition. Understanding this sequencing means you won't be caught off guard if your start date gets pushed by a few weeks during certification.
Ask specifically about cap-exempt or transfer sponsorship during recruiter calls
If you already hold an H-1B with another employer, Intuit can file an H-1B transfer without waiting for the annual lottery. Raising this in early recruiter conversations clarifies your timeline and signals immigration literacy, which larger employers respect.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Intuit sponsor H-1B visas for Marketing roles?
Yes, Intuit sponsors H-1B visas for Marketing roles. Because H-1B sponsorship requires the position to qualify as a specialty occupation under USCIS guidelines, roles with a clear analytical or technical component, such as product marketing, marketing analytics, or growth marketing, tend to have a smoother path through the petition process than broadly scoped generalist positions.
How do I apply for Marketing jobs at Intuit?
You can apply directly through Intuit's careers site, where Marketing roles are listed by product line and team. To find positions that confirm visa sponsorship, Migrate Mate filters Intuit's open Marketing roles by sponsorship eligibility, saving you the step of vetting each posting individually before you invest time in an application.
Which visa types does Intuit commonly use for Marketing roles?
Intuit sponsors several visa categories for Marketing professionals, including H-1B, E-3 visa (for Australian citizens), TN visa (for Canadian and Mexican nationals), F-1 OPT and CPT for students in active programs, J-1 visa, and EB-2 or EB-3 for candidates pursuing permanent residence. The right category depends on your nationality, degree, and where you are in your immigration journey.
What qualifications does Intuit look for in Marketing candidates who need sponsorship?
Intuit's Marketing roles typically require a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics, communications, or a related field. For visa purposes, your degree needs to align with the specific role. Candidates with experience in performance marketing, B2B or B2C product marketing, or customer analytics tend to be competitive. Demonstrable results from past campaigns, not just responsibilities, carry significant weight in their hiring process.
How do I time my job search if my OPT or current visa status is expiring soon?
If you're on F-1 OPT, factor in that H-1B cap-subject petitions can only be filed once per year, with an October 1 start date. If your OPT expires before the next H-1B cycle begins, STEM OPT extension eligibility becomes critical. Starting your Intuit application three to four months before your status expires gives enough buffer for offer, LCA filing with DOL, and petition preparation without a gap in authorization.
