Frame your PM credentials around fintech outcomes
Brex hires PMs who can show measurable product impact in financial services or adjacent domains. Before applying, reframe your resume around metrics like payment volume, activation rates, or revenue attribution rather than feature delivery alone.
Target roles that require specialty occupation standing
H-1B eligibility depends on your role qualifying as a specialty occupation. For Manager, Product Management roles at Brex, a bachelor's degree or higher in a directly related field like computer science, business, or engineering strengthens your petition considerably.
Use Migrate Mate to filter open PM roles by sponsorship type
Brex posts Manager, Product Management openings across multiple product areas at different seniority bands. Use Migrate Mate to browse current listings filtered by visa type so you're targeting roles where your specific sponsorship pathway is confirmed.
Align your interview narrative to Brex's B2B product context
Brex builds financial products for startups and enterprises, not consumers. Interviewers will probe your experience managing B2B or platform product cycles, so prepare examples from similar domains where you led cross-functional teams through complex integrations or compliance constraints.
Confirm sponsorship scope before accepting an offer
Not every open role at a sponsoring company comes with the same filing commitments. During offer negotiations, confirm whether the company will cover USCIS filing fees, support PERM labor certification for Green Card sponsorship, and provide legal counsel throughout the H-1B process.

Find Manager, Product Management at Brex JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Brex sponsor H-1B visas for Manager, Product Managements?
Yes, Brex sponsors H-1B visas for Manager, Product Management roles. The company has a demonstrated history of filing H-1B petitions for product management functions, which aligns with the specialty occupation standard USCIS applies to degree-requiring roles in technology and financial services. Confirming sponsorship scope for your specific role during the offer stage is still advisable.
How do I apply for Manager, Product Management jobs at Brex?
You can find and apply for Manager, Product Management positions at Brex directly through Brex's careers page or through Migrate Mate, which filters Brex's open roles by visa sponsorship type. Migrate Mate is the recommended starting point if you want to confirm which listings explicitly support your visa pathway before investing time in the application process.
Which visa types does Brex commonly sponsor for Manager, Product Management roles?
Brex sponsors multiple visa categories for this function, including H-1B, F-1 OPT and CPT for recent graduates, and TN visas for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying occupational categories. For longer-term permanent residency, Brex has also supported EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card pathways, which typically follow after an initial period of employment.
What qualifications does Brex expect for Manager, Product Management roles?
Brex typically expects candidates to have a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, or business, along with direct experience leading product teams in a B2B, fintech, or financial infrastructure context. Experience working across engineering, design, and compliance stakeholders is weighted heavily given the regulatory complexity of Brex's product suite.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take for a role at Brex?
For H-1B sponsorship, USCIS's standard processing runs several months, though premium processing can reduce adjudication to roughly 15 business days. If you're on F-1 OPT, your start date can be near-term without waiting for the cap cycle. PERM-based Green Card sponsorship is a separate, longer process that typically takes one to three years or more depending on your country of birth.
