Frame fintech sales credentials before applying
Brex targets enterprise and startup accounts in business banking. Highlight any SaaS or fintech sales experience in your resume, as specialty occupation approval for Sales Development Manager roles depends on demonstrating a degree-level connection to the commercial function.
Identify which Brex offices are actively hiring
Brex posts Sales Development Manager roles across multiple locations, and your work site determines your Labor Condition Application prevailing wage tier. Confirm the office location before accepting an offer, since the LCA is site-specific and changes require a new DOL filing.
Verify TN eligibility if you hold Canadian or Mexican citizenship
TN status covers certain management and business-related occupations under USMCA. Confirm with Brex's immigration counsel whether the Sales Development Manager role qualifies under the applicable TN category before treating it as your primary sponsorship path.
Request premium processing if your start date is fixed
USCIS premium processing cuts H-1B adjudication to 15 business days. If Brex sets a firm onboarding date for a Sales Development Manager role, ask whether the company will elect premium processing to avoid gaps between offer acceptance and work authorization.
Search Brex Sales Development Manager openings on Migrate Mate
Use Migrate Mate to filter active Sales Development Manager postings at Brex by visa type. The platform surfaces roles where sponsorship has been confirmed, so you can prioritize applications where H-1B or OPT support is already in scope for the position.

Find Sales Development Manager at Brex JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Brex sponsor H-1B visas for Sales Development Managers?
Yes, Brex has sponsored H-1B visas for Sales Development Manager roles. The role typically qualifies as a specialty occupation given the analytical and strategic demands of enterprise fintech sales, though your specific degree field needs to align with the position. Confirm sponsorship availability with the recruiter before advancing through the interview process.
Which visa types are commonly used for Sales Development Manager roles at Brex?
Brex has sponsored H-1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, TN, and EB-2 or EB-3 Green Card pathways for this function. F-1 OPT is common for recent graduates entering the role, while H-1B covers longer-term employment. TN is an option for Canadian and Mexican nationals if the role qualifies under USMCA business categories.
What qualifications or experience does Brex expect for Sales Development Manager positions?
Brex looks for candidates with experience in B2B or SaaS sales pipelines, preferably within fintech, payments, or business banking. A bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field strengthens your specialty occupation case for H-1B purposes. Familiarity with outbound prospecting tools and enterprise sales cycles is typically expected at the manager level.
How do I apply for Sales Development Manager jobs at Brex?
Search for Sales Development Manager openings directly on Brex's careers page or use Migrate Mate to browse current postings filtered by visa sponsorship type. Apply with a resume that highlights fintech or SaaS sales metrics. If you need visa support, address it early in the recruiter screen so both parties can confirm sponsorship scope before the process advances.
How do I plan my timeline if I need H-1B sponsorship through Brex?
H-1B petitions are filed in April for an October 1 start date, so you need an offer in place before the lottery registration window opens in March. If you're on F-1 OPT, cap-gap provisions can bridge any gap between OPT expiration and the October start. Start conversations with Brex recruiters at least six months before your current work authorization expires to keep your options open.
