Job Roles at Flock Freight Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Flock Freight Visa Sponsorship USA
Target tech and engineering roles first
Flock Freight's visa sponsorship activity is concentrated in technical disciplines. Roles in software engineering, data, and product are your strongest entry points, the company's tech-forward model means these functions drive the bulk of sponsored hiring.
Time your application around H-1B season
H-1B cap filings open in March for an October 1 start. If you're targeting Flock Freight for H-1B sponsorship, aim to have interviews completed by late January or early February so the company can file on your behalf in time.
Highlight logistics or supply chain domain knowledge
Flock Freight operates at the intersection of freight and technology. Candidates who understand shared truckload logistics, carrier networks, or supply chain optimization stand out, even in technical roles where domain knowledge isn't always required.
Verify sponsorship before applying
Not every role at a sponsoring company qualifies for visa support. Confirm sponsorship availability during your first recruiter conversation. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history before you invest time in applications.
Position yourself as a long-term hire
Sponsorship involves real cost and administrative commitment from the employer. Emphasize stability, career trajectory, and genuine interest in the freight-tech space during interviews, employers like Flock Freight are more likely to sponsor candidates who signal long-term intent.

Does Flock Freight sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Flock Freight sponsors H-1B visas. The company has an active sponsorship track record, with filings concentrated in technical roles. If you're targeting H-1B sponsorship here, focus your search on software engineering, data, and related functions where the company has demonstrated a consistent pattern of supporting international candidates.
What visa types does Flock Freight sponsor?
Flock Freight sponsors both H-1B and TN visas. The H-1B covers a broad range of specialty occupation roles, while the TN is available exclusively to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying professional categories. If you hold Canadian or Mexican citizenship, the TN path may be faster since it avoids the H-1B lottery entirely.
Which departments or roles at Flock Freight are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Flock Freight is most common in technical and product-focused departments. Software engineering, data science, and product management roles align most closely with the company's sponsorship activity. Operations and logistics technology roles may also qualify, particularly where specialized or quantitative skills are required. Generic administrative or sales roles are less likely to be sponsored.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at Flock Freight?
Migrate Mate is the most reliable way to find sponsored roles at Flock Freight. The platform verifies sponsorship history so you're not guessing based on job descriptions alone. Filter by company name and visa type to surface current openings where sponsorship has been confirmed, saving you from applying to roles that won't actually support your immigration status.
How do I improve my chances of getting sponsored by Flock Freight?
Apply for roles that match Flock Freight's demonstrated sponsorship pattern, technical positions in engineering or data. Raise sponsorship early in the recruiter conversation to avoid wasting time on roles the company won't support. Demonstrate both technical strength and an understanding of the freight or logistics industry, since domain knowledge sets candidates apart in a niche sector.
