Target roles aligned with Entegee's HR focus
Entegee's sponsorship activity is concentrated in Human Resources functions. Prioritize applying for roles where your background directly matches HR operations, staffing, or workforce solutions, these are the positions most likely to support a visa petition.
Reach out early about sponsorship willingness
Entegee sponsors selectively, so confirm sponsorship availability before investing significant time in the process. Contact the hiring manager or recruiter directly and ask about their H-1B sponsorship policy for the specific role you're targeting.
Emphasize specialized skills that are hard to fill domestically
Entegee, like most selective sponsors, is most likely to support a visa petition when a candidate offers expertise that's difficult to source locally. Highlight niche HR technology skills, specialized recruiting methodologies, or industry-specific knowledge in your application.
Search for Entegee openings on a platform with verified sponsorship data
Not every Entegee job posting explicitly mentions visa sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you identify which Entegee roles have a track record of supporting H-1B candidates.
Understand the H-1B lottery timing before you apply
Entegee's sponsorship is H-1B focused, which means your start date depends on the annual lottery cycle. Plan your job search so any offer and petition filing aligns with the April registration window and October 1 fiscal year start.
Demonstrate long-term value to strengthen your case
Because Entegee sponsors a limited number of visas, they're selective about who they invest in. Frame your application around retention and growth potential, candidates who signal a long-term commitment to the company are more compelling sponsorship candidates.

Find Entegee JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Entegee sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Entegee does sponsor H-1B visas. The company operates in the Human Resources industry and has an established, if selective, pattern of filing H-1B petitions for qualified candidates. Sponsorship is not guaranteed for every role, so it's worth confirming with the hiring team early in the process whether a specific position is eligible.
What types of roles at Entegee are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Entegee's visa sponsorship has historically been tied to its core business in Human Resources and workforce solutions. Roles in HR operations, recruiting technology, staffing strategy, and related professional functions are the most plausible candidates for sponsorship. Positions requiring specialized skills that are difficult to fill domestically tend to be stronger fits for a petition.
How do I find open positions at Entegee that offer visa sponsorship?
The most reliable way is to use Migrate Mate, which aggregates verified employer sponsorship data so you can see Entegee's actual filing history alongside current job openings. This saves you from applying to roles where sponsorship is unlikely. Once you identify a promising opening, follow up directly with the recruiter to confirm H-1B eligibility for that specific position.
What is the typical timeline for H-1B sponsorship through Entegee?
Once you receive an offer and Entegee agrees to sponsor, the standard H-1B process involves registering in the USCIS lottery in March, with selection results in late March or April. If selected, the petition is filed by June 30 for an October 1 start date. Premium processing is available to expedite USCIS adjudication to roughly 15 business days after filing.
How do I improve my chances of getting sponsored by Entegee?
Because Entegee sponsors selectively, the strongest applications come from candidates with specialized HR or workforce solutions expertise that's genuinely hard to source in the domestic market. Clearly articulate your niche skills, demonstrate a track record of measurable impact, and address sponsorship proactively with the recruiter rather than waiting for them to raise it. Showing long-term career alignment with the company also strengthens your case significantly.
