- Experience programming PLC and HMI systems from initial development
- Experience with Allen-Bradley PLC platforms including ControlLogix, CompactLogix, and MicroLogix

- Experience integrating and configuring variable frequency drives such as PowerFlex or similar VFD systems
- Experience developing control logic using ladder logic and structured PLC programming techniques
- Experience implementing automation controls for material handling or process technology systems

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop PLC control programs for automated material handling and process systems
- Design and configure HMI interfaces for monitoring and controlling automated processes
- Integrate Allen-Bradley PLC systems with HMI platforms and supporting automation equipment
- Configure and troubleshoot VFD systems including PowerFlex drives
- Implement ladder logic, sequencing controls, and automation routines within PLC systems
- Support development of process automation architecture for industrial automation projects
- Develop and maintain Add-On Instructions and reusable PLC code modules
- Test and validate automation systems during system integration and commissioning
- Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and automation system issues during deployment and operation
- Document control system architecture, PLC logic, and HMI interface configurations.
