Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on CNC Machining Technician to join our 2nd shift team (2:45 pm-11:15 pm). This individual will thrive in a fast-paced, high-precision environment and takes pride in producing quality work. Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machining centers, including turning, grinding, and heat-treating equipment
- Work with Fanuc-controlled machines (Mori turning centers) and other advanced machining systems
- Perform basic to intermediate machine setups, including tooling adjustments and offsets
- Inspect parts using precision measurement tools and document results per process sheets
- Maintain strict adherence to quality standards, work instructions, and SOPs
- Troubleshoot minor machining issues and escalate as needed
- Support continuous improvement and efficiency efforts on the shop floor
- Train and support entry-level operators as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Participate in safety audits and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation (5S standards)
- Other duties, as assigned.

- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to read, write, and speak English, is required.
Technical Competencies
- Experience operating CNC machines (turning, grinding, or similar)
