Job Roles at Applied Intuition
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Applied Intuition Green Card Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target technical and research-focused roles
Applied Intuition's Green Card filings concentrate in engineering and research functions. Roles involving autonomous systems, machine learning, and software infrastructure align most closely with the company's sponsorship patterns, so prioritize applications in these areas.
Understand the PERM labor certification process
Green Card sponsorship at Applied Intuition typically begins with PERM, where the company must demonstrate no qualified U.S. workers are available. Ask recruiters early whether the specific role has a history of sponsorship to avoid surprises late in the hiring process.
Clarify sponsorship eligibility during recruiter screening
Not every open role at Applied Intuition comes with Green Card sponsorship. Raise the question directly during your first recruiter call, before investing time in technical interviews, to confirm the position is eligible for permanent residency support.
Leverage your existing nonimmigrant status strategically
If you're already on an H-1B or E-3 at Applied Intuition, the company can pursue concurrent Green Card filing. Understanding how your current status interacts with EB-2 or EB-3 timelines helps you plan your application without gaps in work authorization.
Search verified sponsors before applying broadly
Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you identify Applied Intuition roles that have genuine Green Card backing rather than relying on vague job description language about visa support.
Align your application to Applied Intuition's science and research mission
Applied Intuition operates in a specialized, technically demanding industry. Demonstrating deep domain expertise in autonomous vehicle systems or AI research strengthens both your hiring case and the company's ability to justify sponsorship through the labor certification process.

Sponsorship is typically tied to specific positions, so confirming eligibility with a recruiter early in the process is important.
Which roles or departments at Applied Intuition typically receive Green Card sponsorship?
Green Card sponsorship at Applied Intuition is most common in engineering, software development, and research functions. Roles focused on autonomous systems, machine learning infrastructure, and systems engineering align closely with the company's science and research focus and are the most likely candidates for permanent residency support.
How do I navigate the Green Card application process at Applied Intuition?
Applied Intuition's Green Card process generally follows the employer-sponsored path: PERM labor certification filed by the company, followed by an I-140 immigrant petition, and then adjustment of status or consular processing depending on your situation. Your employer's immigration counsel manages most of the filing, but you'll need to provide documentation throughout and respond promptly to any requests.
How long does the Green Card process take when sponsored by Applied Intuition?
Timeline depends heavily on your country of birth and the visa category applied for. EB-2 and EB-3 petitions for applicants born in India or China can face multi-year or decade-long waits due to visa backlogs, while applicants from other countries may see significantly shorter timelines. Discussing your specific situation with Applied Intuition's immigration team early helps set realistic expectations.
How do I find Green Card jobs at Applied Intuition?

When reviewing Applied Intuition job postings, look for explicit language about Green Card eligibility and confirm sponsorship directly with the recruiter before advancing through the interview process.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at Applied Intuition?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
