How does the Green Card application process work at Cummins?
Cummins follows the standard employer-sponsored Green Card process: PERM labor certification with the Department of Labor, followed by an I-140 immigrant petition with USCIS, and finally adjustment of status or consular processing. The company's immigration team typically works with outside counsel to manage filings, and the process is initiated based on business need and employee tenure.

The timeline depends heavily on your country of birth and the EB category your role qualifies for.
