Who We Are
Imprint is reimagining co-branded credit cards & financial products to be smarter, more rewarding, and truly brand-first. We partner with companies like Crate & Barrel, Rakuten, Booking.com, H-E-B, Fetch, and Brooks Brothers to launch modern credit programs that deepen loyalty, unlock savings, and drive growth. Our platform combines advanced payments infrastructure, intelligent underwriting, and seamless UX to help brands offer powerful financial products—without becoming a bank.
Co-branded cards account for over $300 billion in U.S. annual spend—but most are still powered by legacy banks. Imprint is the modern alternative: flexible, tech-forward, and built for today’s consumer. Backed by Kleiner Perkins, Thrive Capital, and Khosla Ventures, we’re building a world-class team to redefine how people pay—and how brands grow. If you want to work fast, solve hard problems, and make a real impact, we’d love to meet you.
About the role
Imprint is looking for a Product Operations leader who blends product marketing instincts with strong operational execution. This person will help us showcase and scale our existing product suite, and will coordinate across product teams to develop and launch new products that solve real partner and consumer problems, while staying true to Imprint’s vision to be the best way to pay.
What you will do
- Partner with Growth, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to coordinate launches and ongoing product improvements.
- Package and “tell the story” of Imprint’s existing products:
- Create crisp product narratives, positioning, and enablement materials.
- Translate product capabilities into partner-facing value.
- Identify operational gaps that slow down product development or adoption, then build lightweight systems to fix them.
- Track what is working: adoption, partner feedback, and internal execution signal, then recommend improvements.
What success looks like (first 90 days)
- Existing product suite is easier to understand, demo, and “sell” internally and externally through improved messaging and materials.
- Product teams have clearer coordination and fewer surprises around launches and dependencies.
- A lightweight system has been introduced to better track partner launch milestones.
What we are looking for (must-haves)
- Experience operating cross-functionally with Growth, Product, and Engineering
- Strong communication and narrative skills. You can translate product capabilities into clear partner and consumer value.
- Strong program and stakeholder management. You can align multiple teams without formal authority.
- High ownership and comfort in ambiguity. You build structure where none exists.
- Creative and flexible thinker. You recognize that complex problems rarely have one “correct” solution and can evaluate tradeoffs to design pragmatic, high-leverage paths forward.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, payments, lending, or embedded financial products.
- Product marketing experience (positioning, enablement, launch planning).
- Experience supporting B2B2C products and partner-led product development.
Perks & Benefits
- Competitive compensation and equity packages
- Leading configured work computers of your choice
- Flexible paid time off
- Fully covered, high-quality healthcare, including fully covered dependent coverage
- Additional health coverage includes access to One Medical and the option to enroll in an FSA
- 20 weeks of paid parental leave for the primary caregiver and 8 weeks for all new parents
- Access to industry-leading technology across all of our business units, stemming from our philosophy that we should invest in resources for our team that foster innovation, optimization, and productivity

Job Roles at Imprint Payments
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Imprint Payments Green Card Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target technical and product roles
Green Card sponsorship at Imprint Payments is most common in software engineering, data, and product roles. Candidates applying to these teams are far better positioned for sponsorship conversations than those targeting generalist or entry-level positions.
Get your H-1B in order first
Imprint Payments typically sponsors Green Cards for employees already on H-1B status. Securing an H-1B role first is the practical first step before expecting the company to initiate a PERM labor certification on your behalf.
Understand the PERM timeline early
Green Card sponsorship in Banking & Financial Services follows a multi-year PERM process. Ask about sponsorship timelines during the offer stage so you can plan around your visa status and any priority date backlogs that apply to your country of birth.
Demonstrate long-term value to the company
Imprint Payments is a growth-stage fintech, so Green Card sponsorship decisions often hinge on retention value. Candidates who can articulate a long-term career trajectory at the company are more likely to have sponsorship initiated on their behalf.
Find verified open roles before applying
Not every Imprint Payments job listing explicitly mentions Green Card sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, saving time and helping you apply to roles where sponsorship is genuinely on the table.
Ask the right questions during interviews
During final-round interviews at Imprint Payments, ask directly whether the team has sponsored Green Cards for employees in similar roles. Specific, informed questions signal seriousness and help you assess whether sponsorship is realistic for that particular position.

Does Imprint Payments sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, Imprint Payments does sponsor Green Card visas. The company has filed Green Card petitions for employees in Banking & Financial Services roles, particularly in technical and specialized functions. Sponsorship is selective rather than routine, so candidates should confirm availability directly with the recruiter or hiring manager for their specific role.
Which roles and departments at Imprint Payments typically receive Green Card sponsorship?
Green Card sponsorship at Imprint Payments is most concentrated in software engineering, data science, and financial product roles. These are the functions where specialized skills are hardest to replace and where the company has the strongest incentive to invest in long-term employee retention through immigration support.
How does the Green Card application process work at Imprint Payments?
Imprint Payments typically follows the employment-based Green Card route, which starts with PERM labor certification filed with the Department of Labor. Once approved, the company files an I-140 immigrant petition with USCIS. Depending on your country of birth and the EB category, you may then adjust status in the U.S. or go through consular processing abroad.
How long does the Green Card process take at Imprint Payments?
The overall timeline depends heavily on your country of birth and the EB category used. PERM labor certification alone can take one to two years. For applicants from India or China, priority date backlogs in the EB-2 and EB-3 categories can extend the total wait significantly beyond the initial filing period. Starting early is critical.
How do I find Green Card jobs at Imprint Payments on Migrate Mate?
Migrate Mate lets you search and filter jobs by verified sponsorship history, including Green Card filings. Searching for Imprint Payments on Migrate Mate shows you currently open roles alongside the company's actual sponsorship record, so you can apply with confidence rather than guessing whether sponsorship is genuinely available for a given position.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at Imprint Payments?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
