Job Roles at Highbrow Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Highbrow Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles that align with their core tech stack
Highbrow's sponsorship history is concentrated in Technology & Software roles. Focus your application on engineering, product, or technical functions where their sponsorship experience is strongest and hiring managers are most familiar with the process.
Understand the H-1B lottery timeline before you apply
If you need H-1B sponsorship, factor in the April lottery and October start date. Applying to Highbrow in late fall or winter gives you time to align an offer with the next filing cycle without rushing either side.
Frame sponsorship as a straightforward ask, not a favor
Highbrow has sponsored visas before and knows the process. Approach the conversation matter-of-factly: confirm your visa type, your timeline, and that you've done the research. Familiarity with the process makes the conversation easier for both sides.
Find open roles at verified sponsors before you apply
Not every job listing makes sponsorship clear. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you focus your search on companies like Highbrow that have actually filed before.
Prepare for a technical-first interview process
At tech companies like Highbrow, hiring decisions are driven by technical fit. Nail the technical rounds first, then address sponsorship in the offer stage. Raising it too early can distract from the evaluation before they're invested in you.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Highbrow sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Highbrow sponsors H-1B visas and has a consistent track record of doing so for Technology & Software roles. If you're targeting an H-1B, note that petitions must be filed in April for an October 1 start date. Securing an offer well ahead of that window gives both you and the employer time to prepare the filing without pressure.
Which visa types does Highbrow sponsor?
Highbrow sponsors H-1B and F-1 OPT, and also has experience with TN visas for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying professional roles. If you're currently on OPT or eligible for TN status, those pathways can provide an easier entry point before transitioning to H-1B sponsorship in a subsequent cycle.
Which roles or departments at Highbrow are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Highbrow's sponsorship activity is concentrated in Technology & Software functions, meaning engineering, software development, and related technical roles are your strongest bet. Business, operations, or administrative roles are less commonly sponsored at companies with this profile, so candidates with specialized technical skills will find the most receptive hiring environment.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at Highbrow?
The most reliable approach is to use Migrate Mate, which tracks verified sponsorship history and surfaces open roles at companies like Highbrow that have actually filed visa petitions before. This filters out job listings where sponsorship is listed as possible but never actually practiced, saving you time and avoiding dead ends.
How do I approach the sponsorship conversation during the Highbrow hiring process?
Raise your sponsorship needs once there's mutual interest, typically after a technical screen or before a final interview. Because Highbrow has sponsored candidates before, you can approach it as a logistical detail rather than an unusual request. Be clear about your visa type, your current authorization end date, and whether you'll need H-1B lottery participation or a different pathway.
