INTRODUCTION
(We have two openings left for our Monday, March 30th start date) Please note before applying - this is an entry-level sales role! Insight Global is one of the world's largest staffing services & consulting firms. What does that mean? We make hiring easy for our clients. Since 2001, we've expanded from a small entrepreneurial startup to over $4 billion in revenue. Our growth is driven by our award-winning company culture, comprehensive training programs, and of course, our people. We pride ourselves on hiring elite entry-level sales candidates because we believe in promoting from within. Each employee starts as a Recruiter before earning a promotion to Account Management. As an entry-level Recruiter, you’ll be supported by a team of mentors to show you the ropes and give guidance every step of the way. From day one, you’ll be immersed in The IG Way, a cutting-edge training program designed to not only teach how we operate, but also how to accelerate your sales career.
Recruiter Position
The purpose of the Recruiter role is to build the foundation for a successful sales career at Insight Global. As a Recruiter, you’ll learn all about staffing and our services – and how to sell them to current and future clients. You’ll play the role of matchmaker for companies and candidates by reviewing resumes from our internal database and online job boards, conducting phone interviews, preparing candidates to meet hiring managers, and ultimately negotiating job offers to get them hired. The average employee spends approximately six months in the Recruiter role before enrolling into either Account Manager Training (AMT) or Professional Recruiter Training (PRT). The next 8 to 12 weeks, you'll be working to earn your promotion into either role by applying the skills and knowledge you learned to real-world scenarios with your future clients.
Account Manager Position
Account Managers are the face of our organization. They work directly with hiring managers at Fortune 1,000 companies by researching and targeting organizations in need of staffing services. They make an initial connection through networking and cold calls, ultimately becoming valuable business consultants and building long-term relationships with their clients. Account Managers run in-person meetings and lunches to get to know hiring goals, team dynamics, and sell how our services can elevate their business. They’ll then gather job requirements and work hand-in-hand with our Recruiting team to find the perfect candidates to fill each role. Account Managers don’t sell a product, they sell staffing and are experts when it comes to all things hiring.

Target technology and software roles first
Insight Global's sponsorship activity is concentrated in technology and software placements. Focus your application on roles in software development, IT infrastructure, data, or engineering, where the company has the strongest track record of supporting international candidates.
Confirm H-1B sponsorship early in conversations
Insight Global is an active H-1B sponsor, but staffing firms place candidates with end clients whose requirements vary. Ask your recruiter directly whether the specific placement includes employer-of-record sponsorship before investing time in the interview process.
Ask about Green Card support if you're planning long-term
Insight Global has sponsored Green Cards through EB-2 and EB-3 pathways. If permanent residency is part of your plan, raise it during recruitment. Staffing firms vary on PERM sponsorship, so clarifying upfront saves time and sets expectations correctly.
Australian citizens should ask specifically about E-3
Insight Global has E-3 sponsorship history, which is a strong signal for Australian citizens. Since E-3 is faster and simpler to process than H-1B, it can make you a more attractive candidate. Confirm the recruiter is familiar with E-3 before proceeding.
Use Migrate Mate to verify sponsorship before applying
Staffing firms sometimes list roles where end-client sponsorship is uncertain. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and find Insight Global openings confirmed to support visa candidates before you spend time applying.
Leverage OPT and CPT as an entry point
Insight Global sponsors F-1 OPT and CPT, making it a realistic option for international students early in their careers. A strong OPT placement often leads to H-1B sponsorship when your authorization period ends, especially in technology roles.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Insight Global sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Insight Global sponsors H-1B visas and is one of the more active sponsors among staffing and workforce solutions firms. Sponsorship is most common for technology and software roles. Because Insight Global operates as a staffing firm, it typically acts as the employer of record, so confirm sponsorship terms directly with your recruiter for each specific placement.
Which visa types does Insight Global sponsor?
Insight Global sponsors a broad range of visa types including H-1B, H-1B1 visa, E-3 visa, TN visa, F-1 OPT, and F-1 CPT for nonimmigrant workers, as well as EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card pathways for longer-term permanent residency. Coverage varies by role and end-client arrangement, so always confirm which visa types apply to a specific position.
What types of roles at Insight Global are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Visa sponsorship at Insight Global is concentrated in technology and software placements, including software engineering, IT operations, data analysis, and infrastructure roles. These positions most commonly align with the specialty occupation requirements needed for H-1B and E-3 sponsorship. General staffing and administrative roles are less likely to qualify for visa support.
How do I find Insight Global jobs that offer visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the most reliable way to find Insight Global openings confirmed for visa sponsorship. It filters jobs by verified sponsorship history, so you're not guessing whether a role qualifies. Search for Insight Global directly on Migrate Mate to see current openings alongside sponsorship data relevant to your visa type.
How do I approach the application process at Insight Global as a visa-sponsored candidate?
Start by identifying roles in technology or software where your skills align, then contact a recruiter and ask directly about employer-of-record sponsorship for that placement. Insight Global's staffing model means sponsorship is role-specific, not blanket company policy. Raise your visa needs early, confirm the visa type that applies, and clarify whether Green Card support is available if you have long-term U.S. residency goals.
