Target data and engineering roles first
HealthVerity's core business revolves around healthcare data platforms and analytics infrastructure. Technical roles in software engineering, data science, and platform development are the most likely entry points for visa-sponsored positions at this company.
Highlight healthcare data experience in your application
HealthVerity works specifically in real-world evidence and patient-level data. Candidates who can connect their background to healthcare analytics, data privacy, or life sciences will stand out more than those with general technology experience.
Understand your OPT timeline before applying
HealthVerity sponsors F-1 OPT, so if you're currently on OPT, confirm how much time remains. Employers in this space often need several months to prepare H-1B sponsorship paperwork, so starting early gives the process room to work.
Ask about sponsorship intent during the recruiter screen
HealthVerity operates in a specialized niche of health data technology. Confirming sponsorship willingness early in the process saves time for both sides. Bring it up professionally during the initial recruiter call, not after an offer is extended.
Use Migrate Mate to surface verified sponsorship history
When targeting companies in the Technology & Software space, verifying actual sponsorship history matters. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and focus your applications on companies like HealthVerity with confirmed records.
Align your role to HealthVerity's TN-eligible occupations if applicable
HealthVerity sponsors TN visas, which are available to Canadian and Mexican nationals. If your role falls under a TN-eligible occupation such as engineer, computer systems analyst, or scientist, this pathway can move significantly faster than H-1B processing.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does HealthVerity sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, HealthVerity sponsors H-1B visas for qualifying roles, primarily in technical and data-focused positions aligned with its healthcare data platform business. Sponsorship is most common for software engineering, data engineering, and analytics roles. If you're targeting HealthVerity, confirm sponsorship intent early in the recruiting process, as H-1B cap-subject petitions are filed only once per year in April.
Which visa types does HealthVerity sponsor?
HealthVerity sponsors H-1B visas, F-1 OPT work authorization, and TN visas. H-1B is the primary long-term work visa pathway. F-1 OPT allows recent graduates to work while the employer evaluates H-1B sponsorship fit. TN visas are available for Canadian and Mexican nationals in eligible occupations. The company does not have a documented Green Card sponsorship track record based on available filings.
What types of roles at HealthVerity are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at HealthVerity is concentrated in technical roles that directly support its real-world data and analytics platform. Software engineers, data engineers, data scientists, and roles in platform infrastructure are the strongest candidates for sponsorship. Business, sales, and non-technical roles are less likely to qualify, as visa sponsorship in the Technology & Software industry skews heavily toward specialty occupation positions requiring domain expertise.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at HealthVerity?
Migrate Mate is the most efficient way to find verified visa-sponsored roles at companies like HealthVerity. The platform filters jobs by confirmed sponsorship history, so you're not guessing which employers will actually support your visa. Search for HealthVerity directly on Migrate Mate to see current openings and check whether the roles align with your visa type and background.
How do I time my application to HealthVerity around the H-1B cap deadline?
H-1B cap-subject petitions must be filed in early April for an October 1 start date. If you're applying to HealthVerity with the goal of H-1B sponsorship, aim to have an offer in place by February or March at the latest. This gives the employer time to complete the Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor and prepare the full petition package before the USCIS registration window opens in March.
