- Assist in coordinating structured quality review processes, including preparing materials for vendor quality meetings, maintaining performance dashboards, and tracking corrective action plans
- Contribute to pharmacy and clinical operations by helping maintain efficient, compliant, and patient-centered care delivery across telehealth workflows
- Monitor and report on vendor and internal team performance against SLAs, quality benchmarks, and key operational metrics, escalating trends or gaps as needed
- Support investigation and resolution of clinical and patient escalations by gathering data, reviewing EMRs, and documenting findings
- Help develop and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and documentation to standardize clinical and operational processes
- Manage PC operations, ensuring all administrative and regulatory requirements are maintained and backend operational processes are effectively supported
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Customer Support, Product, and Technology teams to support care delivery improvements
- Assist with operational readiness for new clinical program and SKU launches, including workflow documentation and quality checks
- Analyze data and operational trends to generate insights that support improvements in quality, efficiency, and patient satisfaction
