Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end automotive hardware design for analog and digital electronic circuits.
- Own hardware architecture, component selection, schematic design, and design reviews.
- Perform design safety and reliability analysis, including
- Worst Case Circuit Analysis (WCCA)
- Hardware DFMEA
- FMEDA
- Fault Tree Analysis (FTA)
- Ensure compliance with ISO 26262 functional safety standards.
- Support product development through design validation, debugging, and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software, system, and validation teams.
- Drive technical decisions, mentor junior engineers, and support design best practices.
- Work with external suppliers and internal stakeholders for design alignment and issue resolution.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in automotive hardware development.
- Minimum 2+ years in infotainment and/or telematics systems.
- Strong experience in analog & digital circuit design for automotive ECUs.
- In-depth understanding of the automotive hardware development lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with:
- WCCA (Worst Case Analysis)
- HW DFMEA
- FMEDA
- FTA
- Knowledge of ISO 26262 functional safety requirements and processes.
- Experience with analysis and simulation tools such as:
- Mathcad
- Ansys Medini (or similar safety tools)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Exposure to EMC/ESD, power integrity, and thermal analysis.
