ROLE SUMMARY
- Lead and manage supplier quality activities for casting and machined components
- Drive APQP, PPAP, and engineering change management processes at supplier locations
- Provide hands-on support to suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve process capability
- Support new product development (NPD) and address launch and ramp-up quality concerns
- Conduct supplier audits, assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and ensure sustainable quality improvements
- Act as a technical interface between suppliers, manufacturing, and engineering teams
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related engineering discipline (mandatory)
- Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, supplier quality, operations, or quality engineering roles

- Strong hands-on experience in casting processes, including:
