- Material selection
- Manufacturing processes
- Assembly sequences
- Perform overall packaging of Printed Circuit Boards (PCB), including defining keep-in and keep-out zones within mechanical housings/enclosures.
- Create A-class styling curves and surfaces to meet customer studio requirements.
- Develop product models and images using CREO CAD software (preferred).
- Build components, assemblies, and Bill of Materials (BOM) based on overall product architecture.
- Define dimensions and specifications using CREO tools.
- Participate in design review meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and support DFM (Design for Manufacturing) activities.
- Drive design improvements and engineering change processes.
- Perform packaging studies using vehicle environmental data.
- Create detailed engineering drawings and establish preliminary GD&T schemes.
- Perform tolerance stack-up analysis during the design phase.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in conceptual design.
- Proficiency in CREO CAD (preferred).
