- Supervise and support a small team (up to 5 Direct Support Professionals)

- Coach and train your team to meet One Vision's quality standards
- Ensure compliance with safety and accreditation guidelines
- Rotate on-call responsibilities as part of a collaborative leadership team
We're Looking For Someone Who Has:
- A High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of relevant experience OR a BA/BS in a human services field with 2+ years of experience
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
- A Medication Manager Certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy
- A valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility support
