About the Role
As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of prescription orders to patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Learn our systems thoroughly, managing both internal and external pharmacy operations.
- Be a team player, handling various aspects of prescription orders such as processing, filling, inventory, and customer inquiries.
- Communicate well with doctors' offices, pharmacies, and insurers to meet prescription needs.
- Collaborate with pharmacy colleagues to ensure a smooth customer experience in a dynamic workflow and work with our courier team to handle deliveries efficiently.
- Provide counseling and drug-related information to customers for both prescription and over-the-counter items.
Requirements
- You have 1-2+ years of relevant pharmacy experience, including prescription processing, inventory management, and customer inquiries.
- You hold a valid Pharmacist License in the state of employment.
- You are resourceful, optimistic, creative, and enjoy helping your team.
- You understand how to create a great customer experience and can analyze and improve pharmacy processes.
- You are available to work within operating hours: Full-Time during Hours of Operation
Monday - Friday: 8:00PM - 6:00PM
Saturday - Sunday: 9:00AM - 3:00PM
