How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Penske Logistics Visa Sponsorship USA
Target operations and engineering roles first
Penske Logistics tends to sponsor candidates in technical and operations-focused positions. Supply chain analysts, logistics engineers, and IT roles aligned with transportation systems are your strongest entry points for sponsorship consideration.
Understand Penske's dual sponsorship pathway
Penske sponsors both H-1B visas and Green Cards, which signals long-term hiring intent. If you're looking beyond a temporary work visa, Penske's Green Card activity suggests they're willing to invest in permanent employment for the right candidates.
Canadian and Mexican professionals should ask about TN eligibility
Penske sponsors TN visas, which is significant for USMCA professionals. If you hold Canadian or Mexican citizenship and work in a qualifying occupation like engineering or management consulting, TN sponsorship avoids the H-1B lottery entirely.
Apply well ahead of the H-1B registration window
H-1B petitions follow a fixed annual timeline with registration opening in March. To be considered, you need an offer and approved petition beforehand. Starting your job search at Penske six to nine months early gives you realistic lead time.
Use Migrate Mate to find verified Penske openings
Not every Penske job listing specifies visa sponsorship upfront. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and focus your applications on roles where Penske has an active track record of supporting international hires.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Penske Logistics sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Penske Logistics sponsors H-1B visas. The company has a consistent history of filing H-1B petitions, particularly for roles in logistics operations, supply chain management, and technology. H-1B sponsorship at Penske is tied to specific hiring needs, so your strongest path is applying for technical or analyst roles where the degree requirement is clearly defined.
What visa types does Penske Logistics sponsor?
Penske Logistics sponsors H-1B visas, Green Cards through the EB-2 and EB-3 categories, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visas. This range covers most major pathways for international professionals, from students on practical training to experienced workers seeking permanent residence. The breadth of visa types makes Penske a notably flexible sponsoring employer within the logistics sector.
Which roles at Penske Logistics are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Penske Logistics is most common in roles requiring specialized technical or analytical qualifications, such as supply chain analysts, logistics engineers, software developers supporting transportation systems, and operations managers. Roles where a specific bachelor's degree or higher is a genuine job requirement, rather than a preference, are the strongest candidates for H-1B and Green Card sponsorship.
How do I find open jobs at Penske Logistics that offer visa sponsorship?
The most reliable approach is using Migrate Mate, which aggregates verified sponsoring employers and filters job listings by actual sponsorship history. Because not all Penske job postings explicitly state visa sponsorship availability, using a platform that tracks real filing data helps you focus only on roles where sponsorship has been confirmed, saving time and avoiding uncertainty.
How do I approach the application process at Penske Logistics as an international candidate?
Be upfront about your visa status early in the process, ideally in your application or first interview. Penske's HR and legal teams are experienced with sponsorship logistics, so transparency helps rather than hurts. If you're on OPT, highlight your timeline clearly. For H-1B candidates, align your job search with the annual registration window and aim to have an offer in place well before March.
