Target clinical and patient-facing roles
Cornerstone Care's sponsorship activity is concentrated in healthcare delivery. Focus your search on clinical, nursing, and allied health positions where specialized credentials are required and international candidates are actively considered for visa support.
Understand their H-1B sponsorship pathway
Cornerstone Care sponsors H-1B visas, which suits healthcare professionals in specialty occupations. Research which roles require a degree in a specific field, this alignment between your credentials and the position is critical for H-1B eligibility in the healthcare sector.
Explore OPT and CPT as an entry point
Cornerstone Care has sponsored F-1 OPT and CPT, meaning students in healthcare-related programs may find an opening here before pursuing H-1B sponsorship. Internships and practical training roles can be a strong first step into the organization.
Canadian and Mexican applicants should ask about TN eligibility
Cornerstone Care sponsors TN visas, which are available to Canadian and Mexican citizens in qualifying healthcare roles. The TN pathway is faster and simpler than H-1B, so eligible candidates should confirm with the recruiter whether their role qualifies.
Use Migrate Mate to confirm current open roles with sponsorship
Sponsorship availability changes as hiring needs shift. Search Cornerstone Care on Migrate Mate, which surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and identify active openings where visa support is a realistic possibility.
Come prepared to discuss your authorization status early
Healthcare employers like Cornerstone Care operate within credentialing and compliance frameworks. Raising your visa status in the first conversation, rather than after an offer, saves time and signals professionalism, particularly when licensure requirements intersect with immigration timelines.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Cornerstone Care sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Cornerstone Care sponsors H-1B visas. The company has a sponsorship track record in the healthcare sector, making it a relevant target for internationally trained professionals in specialty occupations. Candidates should ensure their degree field aligns directly with the role being offered, as USCIS requires a tight connection between education and the specific position for H-1B approval.
Which visa types does Cornerstone Care sponsor?
Cornerstone Care sponsors H-1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visas. This range covers a broad set of candidates: international students completing degrees in healthcare fields, Canadian and Mexican professionals pursuing TN status, and experienced specialists seeking long-term H-1B employment. The mix suggests the company is open to supporting candidates at different stages of their immigration journey.
Which roles or departments at Cornerstone Care are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at healthcare organizations like Cornerstone Care tends to concentrate in clinical and patient-facing roles where specialized training is required. Positions in nursing, allied health, and clinical support are common candidates. Roles requiring licensure in a specific healthcare discipline are generally stronger fits for H-1B sponsorship than generalist or administrative positions.
How do I find open roles at Cornerstone Care that offer visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the most efficient way to find verified sponsoring employers in healthcare. Search for Cornerstone Care on Migrate Mate to see current openings where sponsorship is a realistic option, rather than sifting through listings where visa support is unclear. Filtering by company and visa type narrows results to roles that match your immigration situation.
How do I approach the application timeline at Cornerstone Care given H-1B deadlines?
The H-1B cap registration window opens in March each year, with a lottery selection shortly after. If you're targeting cap-subject H-1B sponsorship, you'll need an offer in place well before then, ideally by late January or early February to allow the employer time to prepare the petition. Healthcare employers like Cornerstone Care often have credentialing steps that add lead time, so starting conversations early is essential.
