Align your portfolio to consulting contexts
PM Group's product roles typically involve multi-client or program-level work, not single-product ownership. Frame past experience around cross-functional coordination, stakeholder management across organizations, and measurable outcomes delivered in complex environments.
Target PM Group's open roles through Migrate Mate
PM Group posts Group Product Manager roles across multiple practice areas simultaneously. Use Migrate Mate to filter and track these openings by visa type, so you're applying to positions where sponsorship is actively supported rather than assumed.
Understand the TN pathway if you qualify
Canadian and Mexican nationals should assess whether a Group Product Manager role at PM Group qualifies under TN status. The DOL requires the position to fit a designated USMCA occupation category, so confirm the job description maps to a qualifying classification before your offer stage.
Initiate PERM timing conversations early
EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship through PERM involves a multi-year process that PM Group must initiate. Raise long-term immigration intentions during offer negotiation, not after signing, so both parties can align on realistic timelines and internal approval processes.
Prepare a specialty occupation justification for your role
Group Product Manager positions in consulting can face USCIS scrutiny over whether they qualify as specialty occupations. Document how your specific role requires a directly related bachelor's degree or higher, using the actual job description language PM Group provides.

Find Group Product Manager at PM Group JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does PM Group sponsor H-1B visas for Group Product Managers?
PM Group's sponsorship history for Group Product Manager roles centers on employment-based Green Card pathways (EB-2 and EB-3) and F-1 OPT or CPT, rather than H-1B. If H-1B sponsorship is a priority for you, clarify this directly during the offer stage, as sponsorship decisions are typically made on a role-by-role and candidate-by-candidate basis.
How do I apply for Group Product Manager jobs at PM Group?
Applications go through PM Group's careers portal, where roles are listed by practice area and seniority level. You can also browse and filter PM Group's open Group Product Manager positions on Migrate Mate, which surfaces roles by visa sponsorship type. Tailor your resume to reflect program-level product leadership and cross-functional consulting experience before applying.
Which visa types are commonly used for Group Product Manager roles at PM Group?
PM Group has sponsored Group Product Managers through F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, TN visas for eligible Canadian and Mexican nationals, and employment-based Green Cards via EB-2 and EB-3 PERM. Each pathway has different timing requirements and eligibility criteria, so the right option depends on your current immigration status and long-term goals.
What qualifications are expected for a Group Product Manager role at PM Group?
PM Group typically looks for candidates with experience managing product strategy across multiple workstreams or client accounts, not just a single product. A bachelor's degree in a directly related field is a baseline requirement for immigration eligibility, and strong communication skills for consulting environments are consistently emphasized across posted job descriptions.
How do I plan my timeline for visa sponsorship at PM Group?
Timeline planning depends heavily on your current status. F-1 OPT provides up to 12 months of work authorization, extendable to 36 months for STEM-designated degrees. Green Card sponsorship through PERM typically takes two or more years from initiation to approval. Start employer conversations about long-term sponsorship intentions before accepting an offer to avoid gaps in authorization.
