Frame Your PM Experience Around Client Outcomes
PM Group's consulting context means interviewers want Product Managers who can translate ambiguous client problems into structured product roadmaps. Document case studies where your work bridged stakeholder misalignment or delivered measurable delivery improvements, not just feature launches.
Target Open Roles That Align With PERM Categories
EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship requires a PERM labor certification tied to a specific job description. Focus your applications on roles with clearly defined degree requirements and specialty occupation language, since vaguely scoped PM postings are harder to sponsor under PERM.
Use Migrate Mate to Filter Confirmed Sponsoring Roles
Not every open Product Manager posting at PM Group will include sponsorship details upfront. Use Migrate Mate to surface roles from employers with a verified sponsorship track record for this function, saving you from investing time in applications that go nowhere.
Ask About the TN Process During Negotiation
If you hold Canadian or Mexican citizenship, TN status is faster to initiate than H-1B and doesn't require employer registration with USCIS. Confirm during the offer stage that PM Group will prepare the TN support letter, since the employer's documentation is what Customs reviews at the port of entry.
Align References to Specialty Occupation Standards
USCIS scrutinizes whether Product Manager roles meet specialty occupation criteria, especially at consulting firms where job scope can appear generalist. Ask references to speak specifically to the specialized knowledge your role required, such as systems integration, enterprise software, or domain-specific product strategy.

Find Product Manager at PM Group JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does PM Group sponsor H-1B visas for Product Managers?
PM Group's primary documented sponsorship pathways for Product Managers are EB-2, EB-3, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN. H-1B sponsorship is not reflected in their recent filings for this role. If H-1B is your only pathway, confirm directly with the recruiting team during the offer stage, since sponsorship availability can vary by business unit and headcount approval.
How do I apply for Product Manager jobs at PM Group?
Applications go through PM Group's careers portal, where Product Manager openings are listed by region and practice area. Tailor your application to the specific consulting context, emphasizing cross-functional delivery and client-facing product work. You can also browse PM Group's open Product Manager roles filtered by visa sponsorship eligibility through Migrate Mate, which aggregates confirmed sponsoring employers in one place.
Which visa types does PM Group commonly use for Product Manager sponsorship?
PM Group has sponsored Product Managers through EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visa categories, as well as F-1 OPT and CPT for early-career candidates, and TN for Canadian and Mexican nationals. EB-2 and EB-3 involve PERM labor certification filed with the DOL before USCIS petition, which means the process starts well before a Green Card is granted.
What qualifications does PM Group expect from Product Manager candidates seeking sponsorship?
PM Group typically hires Product Managers with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, business, or information systems, paired with demonstrated experience managing product roadmaps in a consulting or professional services context. For PERM-based sponsorship under EB-2 or EB-3, your credentials need to match the minimum requirements stated in the certified job description, so degree field alignment matters.
How do I think about the timeline for immigrant visa sponsorship at PM Group?
EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship involves three sequential stages: PERM labor certification with the DOL, an I-140 immigrant petition with USCIS, and either adjustment of status or consular processing. The full timeline from PERM filing to Green Card approval commonly runs two to four years, depending on your country of birth and visa bulletin priority dates. Starting conversations about sponsorship intent early in the offer process gives both sides time to plan.
