Frame your portfolio around client-facing delivery
PM Group's Product Lead roles in consulting demand evidence of managing product roadmaps within client engagements, not just internal products. Tailor your resume to show stakeholder management, scoping, and delivery outcomes across multiple accounts or project types.
Target PM Group's open roles by practice area
PM Group posts Product Lead openings across distinct consulting verticals. Filter by the practice area closest to your domain expertise, since hiring teams evaluate sponsorship decisions partly on how quickly you can contribute to active client work without a steep ramp-up.
Verify your OPT timeline before submitting applications
If you're on F-1 OPT, calculate how much authorized work time remains before applying. PM Group sponsors CPT and OPT, but consulting firms move through interviews quickly and need confidence you have enough runway to start and stabilize before any transition to longer-term sponsorship.
Ask recruiters about PERM eligibility during offer negotiation
For Product Lead hires, PM Group has supported EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card paths. During offer discussions, ask directly whether the role is being scoped for PERM labor certification, since job duties at the time of filing must match your role description precisely under DOL requirements.
Use Migrate Mate to surface active Product Lead openings
PM Group posts Product Lead roles across multiple locations and practice areas on a rolling basis. Use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for positions at PM Group that include visa sponsorship, so you're applying to roles where sponsorship has already been confirmed rather than guessing from the job description.
Align your TN documentation to a qualifying USMCA category
If you hold Canadian or Mexican citizenship, TN status may be the fastest path into a Product Lead role at PM Group. Confirm with your recruiter that the role's duties map cleanly to a recognized USMCA professional category before your start date, since TN status can be obtained at the port of entry without USCIS processing delays.

Find Product Lead at PM Group JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does PM Group sponsor H-1B visas for Product Leads?
PM Group's sponsorship activity for Product Lead roles has centered on OPT, CPT, TN, and permanent residence pathways including EB-2 and EB-3, rather than H-1B transfers or cap-subject petitions. If H-1B sponsorship is a requirement for your situation, clarify the specific petition type with your recruiter early in the process, since consulting firms often evaluate sponsorship case by case based on role criticality and client pipeline.
How do I apply for Product Lead jobs at PM Group?
Applications go through PM Group's careers portal, where Product Lead roles are listed by practice area and location. To find roles confirmed for visa sponsorship, browse PM Group's listings on Migrate Mate, which filters specifically for sponsoring employers. Tailor your application to highlight client-facing product delivery experience, since PM Group's consulting model places Product Leads in direct client engagement roles rather than purely internal positions.
Which visa types does PM Group commonly use for Product Lead hires?
PM Group has sponsored F-1 OPT and CPT for early-career product hires, TN status for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying roles, and EB-2 or EB-3 Green Card pathways for longer-term permanent residence. The right visa category depends on your citizenship, current status, and how the role's duties are scoped at the time of filing.
What qualifications does PM Group expect for a Product Lead role?
PM Group's Product Lead positions in consulting typically require demonstrated experience managing product roadmaps across complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Background in consulting delivery, client-facing project ownership, or enterprise software implementation strengthens your candidacy. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is generally expected, and candidates with domain expertise in PM Group's core industries, such as life sciences, energy, or advanced manufacturing, tend to progress further in the process.
How do I understand the sponsorship timeline for a Product Lead offer at PM Group?
Sponsorship timelines vary by visa type. OPT and CPT authorizations allow you to start work relatively quickly once confirmed. TN status can be processed at the Canadian or U.S. border on your start date. For EB-2 or EB-3 Green Card sponsorship, expect the PERM labor certification and USCIS petition process to span one to several years. Confirm which pathway applies to your offer before signing, so your planning accounts for the realistic processing window under current DOL and USCIS timelines.
