Target roles aligned with Green Card sponsorship
PM Group's sponsorship activity is concentrated in permanent residency pathways. Focus your applications on technical and engineering roles where EB-2 or EB-3 eligibility is most likely, rather than roles in general administration or support functions.
Highlight specialized credentials upfront
Consulting and professional services firms evaluate candidates on depth of expertise. Lead your resume and cover letter with specific technical qualifications, professional certifications, and project experience that directly supports an EB-2 or EB-3 labor certification case.
Ask about sponsorship timelines during screening
Green Card sponsorship through PERM is a multi-year process. Raise the question early in the interview process so both sides can align on expectations. Ask specifically whether PM Group initiates sponsorship after a probationary period or from an offer.
Leverage F-1 OPT and CPT as an entry point
PM Group sponsors F-1 OPT and CPT, making it accessible to international students before permanent residency becomes relevant. Starting on OPT lets you build internal credibility, which strengthens your case when the firm evaluates Green Card sponsorship later.
Research which project divisions are actively hiring
PM Group operates across life sciences, food and beverage, and advanced manufacturing. Sponsorship is more common in project-heavy technical divisions. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and identify where hiring activity is strongest.
Prepare for a competency-based interview process
Professional services firms like PM Group use structured, competency-based interviews. Practice articulating how your engineering or project management experience maps to specific project outcomes, interviewers are assessing both technical fit and long-term employability, which matters for sponsorship decisions.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does PM Group sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship data, PM Group does not have a record of H-1B visa sponsorship. The firm's visa activity is focused on permanent residency pathways, specifically EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards, as well as F-1 OPT and CPT for students. If you need H-1B visa sponsorship, PM Group may not be the right fit at this stage.
What visa types does PM Group sponsor?
PM Group sponsors EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visas for permanent residency, along with F-1 OPT and CPT for international students and recent graduates. TN visa holders are also supported. The firm's sponsorship focus is on long-term pathways rather than temporary nonimmigrant work visas, which makes it a strong option for candidates seeking a Green Card.
Which roles at PM Group are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at PM Group tends to align with its core engineering and project delivery functions. Roles in process engineering, project management, validation, and construction management across life sciences and advanced manufacturing sectors are most likely to be eligible. Highly specialized technical positions are stronger candidates for EB-2 sponsorship, while broader engineering roles may qualify under EB-3.
How do I find open jobs at PM Group that offer visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate lists verified sponsoring employers, including PM Group, so you can browse open positions filtered by sponsorship history and visa type. This removes the guesswork of identifying which roles and companies will actually support your immigration pathway, letting you focus your applications where sponsorship is a real possibility.
How do I approach the application process at PM Group as an international candidate?
Lead with your technical credentials and relevant project experience, PM Group evaluates candidates on domain expertise first. If you're on F-1 OPT, apply early since that pathway is already supported. For Green Card sponsorship, expect the process to begin after you've established yourself in the role. Raising the topic clearly but professionally during the offer stage is appropriate and expected.
