- At least 4 years of full-cycle, in-house recruiting experience, including 3–5 years specializing in software engineering within fast-paced startup environments and a proven track record of successful offer acceptances.
- Proficient in recruiting highly sought-after talent—including data scientists, product managers, and ML engineers—by strategically sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, networking events, and targeted campaigns across industry and academia.
- Proven ability to communicate a compelling vision in a competitive market, effectively motivating top-tier technical candidates to join and scale within a fast-paced startup environment.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
