Job Roles at Carnegie Learning Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Carnegie Learning Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles in engineering and product development
Carnegie Learning's sponsorship activity is concentrated in technical functions. Focus your search on software engineering, data science, and product roles where the company has a demonstrated pattern of supporting international candidates through the visa process.
Align your background with AI and education technology
Carnegie Learning's core products are built around adaptive learning and AI. Candidates with experience in machine learning, curriculum technology, or educational software have a stronger fit and may find the sponsorship conversation easier to initiate.
Raise sponsorship early in the hiring conversation
Because Carnegie Learning sponsors selectively, address your visa needs before reaching final interview stages. Knowing they've supported similar roles before gives you a factual basis to open the conversation without it feeling like a risk to the employer.
Filter for verified sponsors before you apply
Not every ed-tech company openly publishes its sponsorship history. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you prioritize Carnegie Learning and similar companies with confirmed track records.
TN visa holders should verify role eligibility in advance
Canadian and Mexican nationals considering Carnegie Learning via TN status should confirm the specific job title qualifies under TN categories. Software development and engineering roles typically align well, but the classification depends on actual job duties, not just the title.

Does Carnegie Learning sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Carnegie Learning does sponsor H-1B visas. The company has filed H-1B petitions for technical roles, making it a legitimate option for international candidates in software and technology functions. Sponsorship is selective rather than high-volume, so targeting roles where your background directly matches their AI and ed-tech product needs will strengthen your candidacy considerably.
Which visa types does Carnegie Learning sponsor?
Carnegie Learning sponsors H-1B visas, Green Card petitions through the EB-2 and EB-3 employment-based categories, F-1 OPT extensions, and TN visas for eligible Canadian and Mexican nationals. If you're currently on OPT or a TN, it's worth confirming with their HR team which pathway applies to the specific role you're pursuing.
Which departments or roles at Carnegie Learning are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Carnegie Learning is most commonly associated with technical and product roles, including software engineering, data science, and machine learning positions that support the company's adaptive learning platform. Non-technical roles in sales, customer success, or general administration are less likely to be sponsored, though eligibility ultimately depends on the position and hiring team.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at Carnegie Learning?
Migrate Mate lets you search directly for Carnegie Learning roles filtered by sponsorship history, so you're only seeing positions where the company has a verified track record. This saves time compared to applying broadly and discovering mid-process that a specific team doesn't support international candidates. Check the job listings on this page for current openings.
How do I approach the application timeline if I need Carnegie Learning to sponsor my visa?
Timing matters significantly, especially for H-1B candidates. The H-1B lottery opens in March for an October 1 start date, so any offer needs to be in place well before then. If you're on OPT with limited time remaining, flag your situation early in the interview process so Carnegie Learning's HR team can assess whether the timeline is workable before you reach the offer stage.
