How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Simon Pearce Visa Sponsorship USA
Target seasonal and operational roles
Simon Pearce's H-2B sponsorship is tied to its craft production and hospitality operations. Focus your application on roles in glassblowing, restaurant service, or retail, these are the positions most likely to come with visa sponsorship attached.
Understand the H-2B visa before you apply
H-2B visas are temporary and tied to a specific employer and role. Research the program's requirements, including the petitioning process and duration limits, so you can have an informed conversation with Simon Pearce's hiring team from the start.
Apply ahead of peak seasonal windows
H-2B sponsorship follows seasonal demand cycles. Simon Pearce's busiest periods align with its restaurant and retail calendar, so submitting your application well before peak season gives the company enough lead time to complete the sponsorship process.

Does Simon Pearce sponsor H-1B visas?
Simon Pearce's sponsorship activity is focused on the H-2B visa program, which covers temporary nonagricultural workers in seasonal or peak-load roles. The company does not have a track record of sponsoring H-1B visas, which are designed for specialty occupation roles requiring a bachelor's degree or higher. If you need H-1B sponsorship, Simon Pearce is unlikely to be the right fit.
What visa types does Simon Pearce sponsor?
Simon Pearce sponsors the H-2B visa, a temporary work visa for nonagricultural workers in roles tied to seasonal or intermittent business need. This aligns with its operations across glassblowing production, its restaurant, and retail locations in Vermont. If you're pursuing an H-2B position in a craft production or hospitality setting, Simon Pearce is worth targeting.
Which roles or departments at Simon Pearce are most likely to receive sponsorship?
H-2B sponsorship at Simon Pearce is most closely tied to its core operations, glassblowing and craft production, restaurant and kitchen staff, and retail associates. These are the areas where seasonal demand drives the company's need for temporary workers, and where the H-2B petition process is most commonly initiated by the employer.
How do I find open H-2B jobs at Simon Pearce?
The clearest way to find verified H-2B openings at Simon Pearce is through Migrate Mate, which filters job listings by confirmed sponsorship history so you're not guessing which roles come with visa support. Because H-2B positions are seasonal, availability changes throughout the year, checking regularly ahead of peak periods gives you the best chance of finding an active opening.
How do I approach the application timeline for H-2B sponsorship at Simon Pearce?
H-2B sponsorship involves a multi-step employer petition process with the Department of Labor and USCIS, and there are annual cap limits on available visas. This means timing matters significantly. Engaging with Simon Pearce well before its seasonal hiring windows open, and being upfront about your visa needs from the first conversation, gives both you and the employer the best chance of completing the process before your intended start date.
