Align your portfolio to soft furnishings
Fashion roles at Springs Window Fashions sit within window coverings, not apparel. Tailor your portfolio to show textile knowledge, color trend forecasting, or material selection relevant to home decor products before you apply.
Confirm your degree supports specialty occupation
H-1B eligibility for Fashion roles requires a bachelor's degree in a directly related field. A degree in fashion design or textile science strengthens your case far more than a general business degree when USCIS evaluates your petition.
Target roles before the H-1B registration window
H-1B registration opens in March for an October 1 start date. If you secure an offer from Springs Window Fashions in late 2025 or early 2026, your employer can register you in the next lottery cycle without missing the window.
Use DOL LCA data to understand wage expectations
Before negotiating, search the DOL's OFLC disclosure database for Labor Condition Applications filed for Fashion or related titles in consumer goods. This tells you the prevailing wage Springs Window Fashions must meet for your role and location.
Browse open Fashion roles on Migrate Mate
Springs Window Fashions posts Fashion openings across design, product, and merchandising functions. Search Migrate Mate to filter specifically for sponsorship-eligible positions and identify which roles are actively hiring before you reach out directly.

Find Fashion at Springs Window Fashions JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Springs Window Fashions sponsor H-1B visas for Fashion roles?
Yes, Springs Window Fashions has sponsored H-1B visas for Fashion and related roles. Fashion positions in product development, design, and merchandising generally qualify as specialty occupations under USCIS criteria, provided the role requires at least a bachelor's degree in a directly related field such as fashion design, textile science, or a comparable discipline.
How do I apply for Fashion jobs at Springs Window Fashions?
You can browse current Fashion openings at Springs Window Fashions through Migrate Mate, which filters for roles where visa sponsorship is available. When applying, tailor your resume and portfolio to home decor and window coverings rather than apparel, since that is the product context Springs Window Fashions operates in. Apply directly through the company's careers portal once you've identified the right role.
Which visa types does Springs Window Fashions commonly use for Fashion professionals?
Springs Window Fashions has sponsored a range of visa types for international professionals, including H-1B, TN, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, J-1, and employment-based Green Cards through EB-2 or EB-3 pathways. For Fashion roles, H-1B is the most common long-term option, while F-1 OPT and CPT are typical entry points for recent graduates building experience in consumer goods.
What qualifications does Springs Window Fashions typically expect for Fashion roles?
Fashion roles at Springs Window Fashions generally require a bachelor's degree in fashion design, textile development, or a closely related field, alongside hands-on experience with product development cycles or trend forecasting in a consumer goods context. Familiarity with soft home categories, including window treatments or bedding, is a meaningful differentiator. Roles at the senior level may also expect cross-functional collaboration experience with merchandising or sourcing teams.
How do I time my application to avoid gaps in work authorization?
If you're on F-1 OPT, confirm your expiration date with your DSO as early as possible and target an offer that allows Springs Window Fashions to file your H-1B petition before the April registration deadline. USCIS requires H-1B employment to begin no earlier than October 1, so a gap between OPT expiration and that date needs to be covered by a timely cap-gap extension, which applies automatically if your petition is filed while OPT is still valid.
