- Keep track of the rotation sheet and how many tables each server has to ensure customers are getting excellent service.
- Communicate and work well with other hosts.
- Restock guest restrooms and keep them spotless.
- Help clean dirty tables when needed.
- Thank the customers as they leave and invite them back.
- Answer the phone on the first ring according to Stix procedure and use a pleasant tone of voice.
- Be able to answer guests' questions regarding restaurant menu, policies, directions, etc.
