Target roles that align with the bank's sponsored visa types

Understand that banking sponsorship is selective

Time your application around the H-1B cap cycle
If you're targeting an H-1B with Northwest Bank, align your job search with the bank's hiring timeline so any offer can be submitted before the annual April registration window. Missing this cycle means waiting a full year.
