Responsibilities
- Receive signed catering contracts and build out complete event files — menus, timelines, guest counts, dietary needs, and venue logistics
- Maintain and manage the catering calendar, proactively flagging conflicts or gaps
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients after booking, gathering outstanding details, and keeping communication timely and professional
- Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure full event-day readiness
- Manage event data in our catering CRM, keeping all records accurate and up to date
- Provide on-site support at events to ensure smooth, seamless execution
- Assist with incoming leads and inquiries to support the sales and booking process
- Support post-event wrap-up, including documentation and client follow-up
QUALIFICATIONS
