We are seeking a talented individual who will commit to the challenges of creating and delivering an operational-culinary-driven upscale dining experience. This is a hands-on, working manager's role requiring previous experience managing upscale food production, with retail and/or restaurant upscale full service management experience preferred.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will:
- have oversight of day-to-day dining and culinary operations;
- control and ensure company and client financial targets and goals are achieved;
- ensure that the highest possible standards of food handling and preparation are achieved;
- provide technical training and expertise, coaching and leadership to the production team while working side by side in the operation as needed.
