In this role, you'll also have the opportunity to provide both inpatient and outpatient care and will support the Clinical Nutrition Manager in advancing departmental initiatives. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
What You'll Do:
- provide exceptional nutrition care to patients across inpatient and outpatient settings;
- be well versed in the Nutrition Care Process, Nutrition Focused Physical Exam and Malnutrition Identification;
- work rotating virtual weekends providing hospital-wide coverage; and
- educate healthcare team members, including physicians and nurses.
