Overview:
The Sales Development Representative Inbound (SDR) role is an essential sales partner in the USS sales process to grow revenue with current customers, expand our customer base and efficiently connect potential customers with sales staff. The SDR is responsible for adequately qualifying and managing all sales leads received through the various data feeds and inbound phone calls, as well as making outbound sales calls related to sales initiatives and campaigns. This position has a clear understanding of the process to identify customer ranking and thresholds of need and how to handle/team sell and delegate accordingly.
Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Partner with sales and marketing to execute proactive outbound calls and campaigns related to lapsed customer accounts with declining revenue, repeat projects, job expansion, and cross-selling initiatives
- Partner with sales to help manage Inbound Business Sales Queue as needed
- Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries from our website and manage Easy Safe and Clean shared mailbox
- Sell all product offerings available in the specific market and contact potential customers to create and maintain long-term partnerships
- Work to revenue targets/quotas and KPIs as set by Supervisor. Utilize outside sources to assist in driving KPIs and manage performance intelligently
- Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification in CRM application while ensuring customer needs are met
- Profile strategic accounts to identify key individuals, research and obtain business requirements, and present solutions to start the sale cycle
- Act as the subject matter expert of all USS Products and services and educate customers on their LOB
- Produce quotes and orders through Salesforce
- Manage individual case management box in Salesforce
- Perform other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Minimum
High School or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience
3 years of related sales or customer experience preferred
ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Prospecting / Cold Calling / Referral generation
- Proven track record of building business and hitting sales targets
- Strong PC proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM, etc.)
- Salesforce proficiency experience a plus
- Customer care and sales experience, including customer relationship development and referral generation
- Ability to solution sell-through value alignment to differentiate USS offerings from the competition
- Teamwork with all sales channels and operations
- Lead Sourcing
- Closing and Negotiating

- Excellent follow-up skills (leads, issue resolution, etc.)

$20.00 – $28.22 / hour
