If you’re a bilingual HR professional who wants more than just paperwork, this role puts you at the center of operations supporting employees, partnering with leadership, and driving safety in a fast-paced production environment. This is a hands-on role where your work directly improves the employee experience on the floor every day.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
• Act as a trusted HR partner to supervisors and frontline employees
• Handle employee concerns, coaching, and performance support
• Administer benefits and answer HR-related questions
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
• Play a key role in workplace safety programs and initiatives
• Maintain an active presence on the production floor

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bilingual in English & Spanish (required)
• 2+ years of HR experience (manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of HR practices and employment law
• Confident communicator who can build trust across all levels
• Comfortable in a hands-on, on-site role

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Combination of office and production floor work
• Cold environment (~37°F at times)
• Active role that involves walking the facility regularly
