What We Offer:
Responsible for assisting providers with optimization and improvement strategies for all practice workflows, projects, and initiatives related but not limited to Dimensions Ambulatory EHR. Provides field support for provider education, new organizational initiatives, and enhancement of the provider experience. Collaborates at all levels with NHmg practices, Corporate Departments, especially IT and Dimensions Training and Education. Focuses on identifying and supporting best practices, safety and compliance to maximize the patient experience.
What We're Looking For:
Education: Associates Degree required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. ADN required; BSN preferred required.
Experience: Minimum two years clinical experience in healthcare industry, required. Minimum two years’ experience with EMR Ambulatory experience, preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current RN licensure in appropriate state Required. BLS Healthcare Provider, preferred.
Additional Skills Required:
- Ability to deal with a number of tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Communicate efficiently with technical team as well as managers and end users – both written and verbal.
- Skilled at problem solving.
- Demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Possesses an understanding of computer system capabilities to address process requirements.
Additional Skills Preferred:
- Working knowledge of Epic PM and EHR.
- Experience with working with providers.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver structured onboarding for new providers and customize training based on specialty, workflows, and provider experience level.
- Serve as a Dimensions expert to develop educational materials (tip sheets, videos, quick start guides) in collaboration with training and instructional design teams.
- Provide rapid, high-quality support via e-mail, Teams chat, phone, virtual and in-person support sessions.
- Support system-wide initiatives including Growth & Integration efforts, Go-Lives, workflow redesign and optimization projects, and system upgrades and enhancements.
- Support providers in using the EHR efficiently to improve patient care delivery, reduce administrative burden and enhance work-life balance.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at reducing provider burnout and improving satisfaction.
