Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Days
Pay: $39.32 - $62.90 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option
Summary:
Manages the daily operations of the department or assigned area/function to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Assists with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
- Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, professional development and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, recruitment, and payroll.
- Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations. Determines and justifies needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases, monitors usage, and oversees proper working order and/or stock supplies.
- Supports special projects and business analysis as requested. Manages healthcare technology installations, conversions, and upgrades. Evaluates need for upgrades or changes to existing systems and recommends cost-effective solutions.
- Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or High School Degree and relevant job experience.
- 5 years of relevant experience; 1 year of leadership experience.
