CNC Operator I - 2nd Shift
The Gund Company – St. Louis, MO
Schedule: 2:00 PM-10:30 PM Monday–Friday | Full-Time
Pay: $22+ based on experience + 15% Shift Differential

What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes, mills, and machining centers)
- Load materials, secure parts, and execute work orders based on specifications and blueprints
- Ensure parts meet quality standards through inspection and measurement
- Complete work order documentation accurately
- Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with team members and assist with training others
- Follow all safety and quality standards while actively contributing ideas for improvement
What You Bring
- Ability to read blueprints and follow written instructions
- Experience operating CNC equipment or similar machining tools
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Basic to intermediate math skills and problem-solving ability
- Experience using measurement tools (calipers, gauges, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Willingness to work overtime as needed to support production
Preferred Experience
- Prior manufacturing or machining experience
- Vocational or technical training in machining or fabrication
