As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a highly strategic and hands-on leadership role, shaping how customer insights translate into end-to-end marketing strategy and execution. Drive Strategy Through Deep Customer & Data Insight: Translate customer analytics into actionable marketing strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, and long-term value.

Connect end-to-end strategy—from segmentation and positioning through execution—ensuring customer insights consistently inform decisions across all touchpoints.

Own Complex Prioritization Across Merchants & Stakeholders: Balance customer needs, marketing strategy, and contractual commitments while managing competing priorities.

Lead End-to-End GTM with Strategic Rigor: Own GTM strategy including positioning, segmentation, messaging, and measurement ensuring execution is grounded in clear strategic intent while remaining adaptable to evolving business needs.

Build Scalable Systems & Raise the Bar: Develop repeatable frameworks that improve execution, efficiency, and consistency.

Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills.
Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents.)
USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year: $180,000 - $230,000
USA base pay range (all other U.S. states) per year: $160,000 - $210,000
