About the Role
We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and hands-on Director, Demand Generation to build and scale Afiniti’s pipeline generation engine. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping our demand generation strategy from the ground up and driving measurable awareness, engagement, and revenue growth across priority markets. You will own the end-to-end demand generation framework, manage integrated campaigns across multiple channels, and lead a Content Manager to ensure messaging, storytelling, and execution are tightly aligned with business goals. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Strategy, and Data teams to refine targeting, optimize funnel performance, and strengthen our go-to-market engine. What Will Be Your Key Deliverables
- Own and execute the global demand generation strategy across paid media, email, content, SEO, ABM, and events to drive awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth.
- Develop and launch integrated campaigns tailored to ICPs and buyer personas, including users, executives, and decision-makers.
- Lead and mentor a Content Manager, ensuring content initiatives directly support pipeline and revenue goals.
- Build and scale ABM programs that deliver highly personalized engagement for target accounts.
- Design and optimize content frameworks aligned to the buyer journey, including ads, landing pages, nurture streams, and thought leadership.
- Partner cross-functionally to refine targeting, improve lead handoffs, and increase meeting-to-opportunity conversion rates.
