This position oversees all communication and admin for Young Saints as well as the Youth Pastors Network within the Bethel Leaders Network (BLN). Duties also include overseeing the Junior High Sunday experience, serving as a ministry/mission leader on trips, speaking at youth group, camp, and conference events. This role also provides discipleship, evangelism training and outreach coordination within the Young Saints environment.
HOURS: Full Time, 40 hours per week
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven pastoral care and discipleship experience
- Strong administrative and verbal and written communication skills
- Public speaking experience
- Brave communication skills
- Leadership skills
- Team building experience
- Networking experience
- Candidate must be a licensed minister with an active ministerial license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to fulfill the work and physical requirements of the job (see attached)
