Target technical and project management roles
Structure Tone's visa sponsorship tends to center on specialized roles in construction management, engineering, and project oversight. Focus your applications on positions where your technical credentials and degree alignment are strongest, as these are most likely to support H-1B or Green Card sponsorship.
Align your degree to the role carefully
Construction and real estate sponsorship requires a clear match between your degree field and the job description. A civil engineering or construction management degree paired with a matching role title significantly strengthens the specialty occupation case for H-1B eligibility at firms like Structure Tone.
Understand the company's Green Card pathway
Structure Tone has sponsored both H-1B and employment-based Green Cards, suggesting a willingness to support long-term immigration for the right candidates. When interviewing, it's reasonable to ask about the company's history of supporting employees through permanent residency if you're planning a longer-term career there.
Time your outreach around project cycles
Large construction management firms hire in waves tied to project pipelines and contract wins. Applying during periods of active project announcements or expansion increases your chances of being considered for a role that has budget and headcount approved for sponsorship.
Highlight relevant U.S. work authorization history
If you're on F-1 OPT or CPT, emphasize any prior U.S. construction or engineering project experience. Structure Tone sponsors F-1 visa holders, and demonstrating U.S. site familiarity, safety certifications like OSHA-10 or OSHA-30, and local code knowledge makes your profile significantly more competitive.
Filter for verified sponsors before applying
Avoid wasting applications on companies with inconsistent sponsorship histories. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and identify roles at firms like Structure Tone that have an active track record of supporting international hires.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Structure Tone sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Structure Tone sponsors H-1B visas. The company has an established history of filing H-1B petitions for qualified international employees, primarily in technical and project management functions within its construction operations. Sponsorship is selective rather than high-volume, so candidates with strong degree-to-role alignment and relevant construction or engineering experience are best positioned to be considered.
What visa types does Structure Tone sponsor?
Structure Tone sponsors H-1B visas, employment-based Green Cards (EB-2 and EB-3), and work authorization for F-1 students through both OPT and CPT. TN visas are also supported, making the company a viable option for qualified Canadian and Mexican nationals in construction and engineering roles. The mix of visa types reflects a willingness to support candidates at different career and immigration stages.
Which roles at Structure Tone are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Structure Tone is most common in construction management, project engineering, estimating, and related technical disciplines. These roles typically require a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as civil engineering or construction management, which supports the specialty occupation requirement for H-1B petitions. General labor or administrative positions are unlikely to be considered for visa sponsorship.
How do I find open roles at Structure Tone that offer visa sponsorship?
The most reliable approach is to search for Structure Tone on Migrate Mate, which filters job listings by verified sponsorship history so you can confirm the company actively sponsors the visa type you need. This saves time compared to applying broadly and later discovering a company won't support your immigration status. Look specifically for roles in project management, engineering, and construction oversight.
How do I approach the interview process at Structure Tone as a visa-sponsored candidate?
Be upfront about your visa status early in the process, ideally in the first recruiter screen. Structure Tone's hiring teams are familiar with H-1B and F-1 OPT sponsorship, so transparency avoids late-stage surprises. Come prepared to demonstrate how your degree directly maps to the role, since specialty occupation documentation is central to H-1B approval in the construction and real estate sector.
