Job Roles at Oetiker Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Oetiker Visa Sponsorship USA
Target engineering and technical roles
Oetiker's sponsorship activity is concentrated in technical disciplines aligned with its precision manufacturing operations. Focus your applications on engineering, product development, and quality roles where specialty occupation requirements are most clearly met.
Align your background with precision manufacturing needs
Oetiker operates in a highly specialized segment of manufacturing. Candidates with experience in mechanical systems, materials science, or industrial engineering are best positioned to meet specialty occupation standards for H-1B eligibility.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Oetiker sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Oetiker sponsors H-1B visas. The company has an active sponsorship history in the manufacturing sector, primarily for technical and engineering roles that meet specialty occupation requirements. If you're targeting an H-1B petition, focus on positions where a specific degree in a relevant field is a genuine requirement of the job.
Which visa types does Oetiker sponsor?
Oetiker sponsors H-1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visas. This range means the company can support candidates at different stages, from students completing practical training to experienced professionals pursuing long-term work authorization. Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying roles have the additional option of TN status.
Which roles or departments at Oetiker are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Oetiker is most common in engineering and technical functions, consistent with its precision manufacturing focus. Roles in mechanical engineering, product development, quality assurance, and manufacturing operations are the most likely candidates. General administrative or non-technical positions are less likely to meet H-1B specialty occupation criteria.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at Oetiker?
Migrate Mate lists open roles at verified sponsoring companies including Oetiker, allowing you to filter specifically for employers with a real sponsorship track record. Searching there saves you the work of vetting each employer individually. When you find a relevant Oetiker role, confirm sponsorship eligibility directly with their HR or talent acquisition team before applying.
How do I approach the H-1B sponsorship conversation with Oetiker?
Raise sponsorship early in the process, ideally before the final interview stage, so there are no surprises on either side. Frame it around your long-term commitment to the role and the company's existing sponsorship experience. Because H-1B petitions must be filed months before your intended start date, early alignment with the hiring team and HR is essential to stay within USCIS deadlines.
