- Prospect relentlessly through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to build a qualified pipeline.
- Run tight, detail-oriented sales cycles from first meeting through negotiation and close.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts, and next-step documentation.
- Deliver compelling demos and ROI-focused proposals that translate technical value into business outcomes.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and excellent customer experiences.
Qualifications
Required
- 1 to 3 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience (SaaS or technology preferred).
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas with average deal sizes of 30K to 150K.
- Comfortable self-sourcing pipeline and closing your own deals.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills across technical and executive audiences.
- Experience using HubSpot or Salesforce to manage pipeline and forecast accurately.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
- Hungry to learn, compete, and grow into a Senior AE or leadership role.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling into government or civil engineering customers.
- Familiarity with public sector procurement cycles.
- Prior experience in early-stage, high-growth tech environments.
What We Offer
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage
- 401(k) with immediate vesting

Job Roles at Cyvl Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Cyvl Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles that align with Cyvl's core technology stack
Cyvl's work in construction and real estate tech means engineering, data, and software roles are most likely to qualify for visa sponsorship. Focus your application on positions where your technical skills directly support their infrastructure mapping and data collection platform.
Understand that Cyvl sponsors permanent residency pathways
Cyvl's sponsorship history is oriented toward Green Card pathways rather than temporary work visas. If you're looking for long-term immigration support rather than a short-term work visa, Cyvl's sponsorship model may align well with your goals.
Position yourself as a specialist, not a generalist
Construction technology is a niche field. Cyvl is more likely to sponsor candidates who bring deep expertise in areas like LiDAR, geospatial data, or infrastructure software, skills that are harder to source domestically and justify the sponsorship investment.
Browse verified sponsorship-eligible openings before applying
Not every job posting makes sponsorship eligibility clear. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you focus your effort on Cyvl roles where sponsorship is actually on the table before you invest time in an application.
Be prepared for a longer hiring process given Cyvl's company size
Smaller construction tech companies like Cyvl typically run leaner hiring operations. Sponsorship decisions often involve senior leadership, so expect a more deliberate timeline and come prepared to clearly articulate your immigration needs early in the process.
Highlight how your background supports Cyvl's real estate and construction mission
Cyvl operates in a specialized industry where domain knowledge matters. Candidates who can connect their technical skills to real-world construction or infrastructure challenges give Cyvl a clearer case for investing in sponsorship, make that connection explicit in your resume and interviews.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Cyvl sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship data, Cyvl's immigration support has been focused on Green Card sponsorship rather than H-1B visas. If you're currently on an H-1B and looking to transfer, or if you need H-1B sponsorship as a first step, it's worth discussing your specific situation directly with Cyvl's hiring team during the interview process.
What visa types does Cyvl sponsor?
Cyvl has sponsored permanent residency through EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card categories. These pathways are designed for professionals in roles requiring advanced degrees or skilled labor. If you're targeting long-term U.S. immigration rather than a temporary work visa, Cyvl's sponsorship profile is oriented in that direction.
Which roles at Cyvl are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Cyvl works in construction technology and real estate data infrastructure, so technical roles involving software engineering, data science, geospatial analysis, and infrastructure mapping are most likely to qualify for sponsorship. These are specialized skill sets where the company has the strongest incentive to support international candidates through the immigration process.
How do I find open jobs at Cyvl that are open to visa sponsorship?
The most reliable way is to use Migrate Mate, which aggregates and verifies sponsorship-eligible job listings so you can filter specifically for companies with a real sponsorship track record like Cyvl. This saves time compared to sifting through general job postings where sponsorship eligibility is often unclear or unstated.
How do I approach the sponsorship conversation with Cyvl during the interview process?
Be upfront about your immigration needs early rather than waiting until an offer is made. Since Cyvl is a smaller company, sponsorship decisions typically involve leadership rather than a dedicated HR team. Come prepared to explain your current visa status, your timeline, and what the sponsorship process would require from the employer, this shows you've done your homework and reduces perceived friction.
