- Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date shipping records and files.

- Complete all paperwork and forms accurately and without errors.
- File shipping documents monthly for long-term recordkeeping.
Shipping Operations
- Verify that all items assigned to a driver match the pick list.
- Calculate load weights based on carrier limits.
- Interpret sales orders to ensure material ships correctly and on schedule.
- Maintain the outbound shipping schedule for daily operational use.
- Work closely with the Production Supervisor to prevent shipping delays.
- Provide operational support as needed.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Quality, to ensure smooth operations and accurate order fulfillment.

Communication
- Communicate professionally via phone and email with internal departments including Sales, Quality, Operations, and Accounting.
