Align your certifications to Deloitte's delivery model
Deloitte's ServiceNow practice is organized around certified implementation work for enterprise clients. Holding a current ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist credential signals you can bill against client engagements from day one, which strengthens both your hire and sponsorship case.
Target roles tied to named industry verticals
Deloitte structures its ServiceNow work by sector, including government, financial services, and health care. Applying to a role within a vertical where you have client-facing project history makes your specialty occupation argument to USCIS cleaner and your candidacy more competitive.
Search verified sponsorship listings on Migrate Mate
Filter for Senior ServiceNow Developer openings at Deloitte on Migrate Mate to find roles explicitly tied to sponsored positions. This cuts out listings where sponsorship eligibility is ambiguous and lets you focus your application effort on confirmed opportunities.
Clarify sponsorship intent before the offer stage
Deloitte's recruiting process moves quickly once a hiring manager is engaged. Ask your recruiter directly whether the specific business unit is approved to sponsor for your visa category before investing time in final-round interviews, since sponsorship authorization can vary by practice and geography.
Prepare your I-129 documentation around project deliverables
When your employer files your H-1B I-129 petition with USCIS, the specialty occupation evidence is stronger when it references specific ServiceNow modules, integration work, or platform architecture you will own. Work with your attorney early to document your scope, not just your job title.
Understand how PERM timing affects a Green Card offer
If Deloitte offers EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship, PERM recruitment must be completed by the DOL before the I-140 can be filed. For developers from high-backlog countries, confirming when Deloitte will initiate PERM, not just that they will, is a practical negotiating point before you accept the offer.

Find Senior Servicenow Developer at Deloitte JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Deloitte sponsor H-1B visas for Senior Servicenow Developers?
Yes, Deloitte sponsors H-1B visas for Senior ServiceNow Developers. The firm's technology consulting practices regularly file H-1B petitions for specialty occupation roles, and Senior ServiceNow Developer positions typically satisfy USCIS specialty occupation requirements given the degree-level technical knowledge the role demands. Sponsorship availability can vary by practice area and office location, so confirming with your specific recruiter early in the process is advisable.
How do I apply for Senior Servicenow Developer jobs at Deloitte?
You can apply directly through Deloitte's careers portal or browse verified sponsorship-eligible openings on Migrate Mate, which surfaces roles where sponsorship has been confirmed. When applying, tailor your resume to highlight ServiceNow implementations, certifications, and the specific modules you have configured. Deloitte's recruiting process typically includes a technical screen, a case-style interview, and a final conversation with the hiring manager.
Which visa types does Deloitte commonly sponsor for Senior Servicenow Developer roles?
Deloitte sponsors H-1B and H-1B1 visas for specialty occupation technology roles, making those the most common paths for Senior ServiceNow Developers. E-3 visas are available for Australian citizens in the same role category. For longer-term sponsorship, Deloitte also supports EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card pathways, typically initiated after a period of employment, subject to PERM labor certification through the DOL.
What qualifications does Deloitte expect for a Senior Servicenow Developer role?
Deloitte generally expects a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information systems, or a related technical field. At the senior level, hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, or custom application development is expected, along with at least one current ServiceNow certification. Consulting experience and the ability to lead client-facing workstreams are commonly required at this seniority level.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take once Deloitte extends an offer?
For H-1B sponsorship, timing depends on the registration lottery in April and whether premium processing is used. Standard USCIS adjudication can take three to six months after filing; premium processing reduces that to roughly 15 business days. For E-3 visas, consular processing typically takes two to four weeks after the LCA is certified by the DOL. Green Card timelines through PERM are significantly longer and depend on your country of birth.
