Align your credentials to consulting delivery frameworks
Deloitte's Solution Manager roles emphasize project ownership and client-facing delivery, not just technical depth. Frame your resume around measurable outcomes on consulting engagements, methodology fluency, and cross-functional team leadership before you apply.
Target Deloitte's sector-aligned practice areas strategically
Solution Manager openings cluster within specific practice lines such as Technology, Government and Public Services, and Human Capital. Applying within a practice that matches your industry background sharpens your fit and accelerates recruiter triage in a high-volume applicant pool.
Prepare your specialty occupation documentation before the offer stage
USCIS requires that H-1B petitions demonstrate a direct nexus between your degree field and the Solution Manager role. Gather transcripts, degree equivalency evaluations, and prior LCA-supported job descriptions now so Deloitte's immigration counsel can move quickly after an offer.
Browse open Solution Manager roles on Migrate Mate
Filter by visa type and employer to surface active Solution Manager openings at Deloitte that are open to sponsored candidates. Migrate Mate consolidates sponsorship-friendly listings so you spend less time screening and more time applying to roles that fit your situation.
Understand Deloitte's PERM timeline if you're targeting a Green Card
For EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship, PERM labor certification through DOL typically begins after one to two years in role. Confirm during the offer stage whether Deloitte's policy initiates PERM proactively, as timelines vary significantly by practice and seniority level.

Find Solution Manager at Deloitte JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Deloitte sponsor H-1B visas for Solution Managers?
Yes, Deloitte sponsors H-1B visas for Solution Manager roles. The firm has an established immigration program that works with external counsel to file H-1B petitions, including premium processing when timelines require it. Because H-1B is subject to the annual lottery, Deloitte typically coordinates filings for the April registration window, so offer timing relative to that cycle matters for your start date.
Which visa types does Deloitte commonly sponsor for Solution Manager roles?
Deloitte sponsors H-1B, H-1B1, and E-3 visas for Solution Manager positions, along with immigrant visa pathways including EB-2 and EB-3 for employees pursuing a Green Card. Australian nationals are well-positioned because the E-3 has no lottery and a dedicated annual allocation, making it a faster and more predictable path than H-1B for eligible candidates.
What qualifications and experience does Deloitte expect for a Solution Manager?
Deloitte generally expects a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, information systems, or business, with several years of consulting or implementation experience. Solution Manager roles require demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, lead delivery workstreams, and own project outcomes. Industry-specific domain knowledge aligned to a Deloitte practice area strengthens your candidacy considerably.
How do I apply for Solution Manager jobs at Deloitte?
You can search and apply directly through Deloitte's careers portal, filtering by job title and location. For a more targeted search focused on sponsorship-open roles, Migrate Mate lists active Solution Manager openings at Deloitte alongside each role's supported visa types, so you can confirm sponsorship eligibility before investing time in an application. Tailoring your resume to Deloitte's consulting delivery language significantly improves recruiter response rates.
How do I plan my timeline around Deloitte's H-1B sponsorship process?
USCIS opens H-1B registration each March for a lottery that selects registrations before the fiscal year begins on October 1. If Deloitte extends an offer after the lottery window has closed, your start date will shift to the following October unless you're transferring an existing H-1B or qualify for a cap-exempt pathway. Securing an offer between November and February gives you the most runway to complete registration, file the petition, and start on time.
