- Build and maintain key implementation artifacts (requirements traceability, decision logs, RAID logs, status updates, implementation schedules).
- Advise on end-to-end H&W administration capabilities across traditional provider platforms (e.g., enrollment experience, rules engines, eligibility, communications, carrier connectivity).
- Support operational process design (exception handling, case processes, reconciliation, member experience touchpoints).
- Assist with test planning and execution for integrations and deductions (test scenarios, test data, defect triage, results documentation).
- Help identify and escalate risks tied to data quality, timing, and payroll close dependencies.
- Develop or support creation of readiness artifacts (SOP drafts, RACI inputs, escalation paths, training/job aids, service metrics).
- Support hypercare activities: issue tracking, root cause analysis support, communication to stakeholders, and documentation of fixes.
- Partner effectively with client stakeholders across Total Rewards, HR, HRIT, Payroll, Finance, and vendors.

Frame your PMP credential for consulting contexts
Deloitte's project management roles emphasize client-facing delivery over internal operations. Certifications like PMP or PMI-ACP carry more weight when your resume connects them to billable engagements, cross-functional teams, or transformation programs rather than internal project coordination.
Target practice areas with high delivery volume
Senior Project Management openings at Deloitte concentrate in Technology, Government and Public Services, and Finance transformation practices. Positioning your background toward one of these verticals sharpens your fit and aligns you with teams that regularly sponsor international hires.
Search Deloitte sponsorship roles through Migrate Mate
Filter Senior Project Management openings at Deloitte by visa type on Migrate Mate to surface roles where sponsorship has historically been offered. This saves time you'd otherwise spend applying to positions where sponsorship is not on the table.
Clarify sponsorship scope before the offer stage
Deloitte differentiates between H-1B, H-1B1, and E-3 sponsorship depending on your nationality and role classification. Ask your recruiter explicitly which visa types are available for the specific position before signing anything. Not every Senior PM role falls under the same sponsorship pathway.
Understand how PERM fits your long-term plan
For EB-2 or EB-3 Green Card sponsorship, Deloitte's process requires a separately filed PERM labor certification through the DOL. This process can take one to two years before USCIS ever sees your petition. Ask about timelines early in negotiation, not after your H-1B is already filed.
Build your case around delivery outcomes not job duties
Deloitte interview panels for Senior PM roles probe for measurable impact: budget managed, timelines recovered, stakeholder complexity handled. Structuring your experience around outcomes positions you as a billable asset, which directly strengthens the employer's internal business case for sponsorship.

Find Senior Project Management at Deloitte JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Deloitte sponsor H-1B visas for Senior Project Managements?
Yes, Deloitte sponsors H-1B visas for Senior Project Management roles. Sponsorship is not automatic for every opening, so confirming availability with your recruiter early in the process matters. Deloitte also sponsors H-1B1 visas for Chilean and Singaporean nationals and E-3 visas for Australian citizens, giving candidates multiple potential pathways depending on their nationality.
How do I apply for Senior Project Management jobs at Deloitte?
Applications go through Deloitte's careers portal, but roles that include visa sponsorship are not always clearly labeled there. Migrate Mate lets you browse Senior Project Management openings at Deloitte filtered by sponsorship type, so you can focus your applications on positions where international candidates are genuinely considered. Tailor your resume to the specific practice area before submitting.
Which visa types does Deloitte commonly use for Senior Project Management roles?
Deloitte uses H-1B as the primary visa for most nationalities in Senior Project Management positions. Australian citizens can pursue the E-3 visa, which has no lottery and is generally faster to obtain. Deloitte also supports EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visa pathways for eligible candidates seeking permanent residence, typically after an initial nonimmigrant visa period.
What qualifications does Deloitte expect for Senior Project Management roles?
Deloitte expects candidates to demonstrate experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder engagements, ideally within consulting or a client-services environment. A bachelor's degree in a related field is standard, and project management certifications such as PMP are valued. Deloitte's specialty occupation requirement for H-1B purposes means your degree field should align directly with the project management discipline of the role.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take for a Deloitte Senior Project Management role?
For H-1B, USCIS standard processing runs three to six months after the October 1 start date, with premium processing available to cut that to 15 business days. E-3 consular processing typically takes two to four weeks from appointment. If you're pursuing an EB-2 or EB-3 Green Card, factor in an additional one to two years for DOL PERM labor certification before USCIS adjudication begins.
