Frame your credentials around consulting delivery
Deloitte evaluates Lead Management candidates on their ability to support complex client lifecycles, not just sales operations. Tailor your resume to show how your experience connects to professional services engagement models, account growth, or pursuit management.
Target practice areas with active pipelines
Deloitte's Lead Management openings cluster in specific business units like Government and Public Services, Financial Services, and Technology consulting. Applying within a practice that has active client pursuits increases your chances of landing a role that actually needs filling.
Clarify your visa category before the offer stage
Deloitte sponsors multiple visa types including H-1B, H-1B1 visa, and E-3. If you're an Australian citizen, raise the E-3 option early because it has no lottery and can be filed year-round, which simplifies the offer timeline significantly.
Understand how PERM fits your long-term path
Deloitte supports EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card pathways, which require DOL's PERM labor certification. For Lead Management roles, PERM timelines can extend well beyond your initial H-1B period, so align your immigration plan with your expected tenure at the firm.
Search open Lead Management roles using Migrate Mate
Deloitte posts Lead Management positions across multiple practice areas and geographies. Use Migrate Mate to filter verified sponsorship-eligible openings at Deloitte so you're applying to roles where your visa situation is already a known factor.
Prepare for H-1B cap timing if you're changing status
If you're moving from F-1 OPT to H-1B through Deloitte, USCIS registration opens in March for an October 1 start date. Confirm your OPT expiration and any available STEM extension runway before accepting an offer that depends on cap-subject selection.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Deloitte sponsor H-1B visas for Lead Managements?
Yes, Deloitte sponsors H-1B visas for Lead Management roles. The firm has a dedicated immigration function that manages H-1B filings for qualifying positions across its consulting practices. Lead Management roles that meet USCIS's specialty occupation standard, typically requiring a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or management, are eligible for sponsorship.
Which visa types does Deloitte commonly sponsor for Lead Management roles?
Deloitte sponsors H-1B, H-1B1 visa, and E-3 visas for Lead Management positions, depending on your nationality. Australian citizens can pursue the E-3, which avoids the H-1B lottery entirely. For longer-term pathways, Deloitte also supports EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visa petitions, which require PERM labor certification filed with the Department of Labor.
What qualifications does Deloitte expect for Lead Management roles?
Most Lead Management roles at Deloitte require a bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field, along with experience in proposal development, client pursuit coordination, or business development operations. Senior-level positions often expect familiarity with consulting firm structures, CRM platforms, and cross-functional stakeholder management across large-scale client engagements.
How do I apply for Lead Management jobs at Deloitte?
You can apply directly through Deloitte's careers site or browse verified sponsorship-eligible openings on Migrate Mate, which filters Lead Management roles where international candidates are actively considered. When applying, highlight experience relevant to professional services engagement models and be prepared to discuss your visa status and timeline during early recruiter conversations.
How do I plan my timeline if Deloitte is sponsoring my H-1B?
If your role requires a cap-subject H-1B, USCIS registration typically opens in March for an October 1 start. Deloitte's immigration team will guide the petition process, but you'll need to account for this window when negotiating a start date. If you're on F-1 OPT, confirm whether your STEM extension covers the gap between your offer date and H-1B activation.
