Frame your credentials around consulting delivery
Deloitte's Project Management Analyst roles are tied to billable client work, so your resume should emphasize project lifecycle ownership, stakeholder management, and delivery frameworks like Agile or PMP, not just coordination tasks.
Target Deloitte's federal and commercial practice groups
Deloitte staffs Project Management Analysts across government, financial services, and technology practices. Identifying which practice aligns with your background narrows your application to teams that actively recruit for this function.
Use Migrate Mate to filter verified Deloitte openings
Project Management Analyst postings at Deloitte vary by practice, location, and sponsorship eligibility. Use Migrate Mate to search verified roles filtered by visa type so you're applying to positions where sponsorship is confirmed, not assumed.

Find Project Management Analyst at Deloitte JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Deloitte sponsor H-1B visas for Project Management Analysts?
Yes, Deloitte sponsors H-1B visas for Project Management Analysts. This role typically qualifies as a specialty occupation under USCIS standards, given the degree requirements tied to consulting delivery work. Sponsorship availability can vary by practice group and office location, so confirming sponsorship eligibility during the recruiting process is advisable.
How do I apply for Project Management Analyst jobs at Deloitte?
Applications go through Deloitte's careers portal, where postings are listed by service area and location. You can also find and filter verified Project Management Analyst openings at Deloitte that include visa sponsorship through Migrate Mate, which surfaces roles where sponsorship is confirmed. Tailoring your application to a specific practice group improves your chances significantly.
Which visa types does Deloitte commonly sponsor for Project Management Analyst roles?
Deloitte sponsors H-1B, H-1B1, and E-3 visas for nonimmigrant work authorization, along with employment-based Green Cards through the EB-2 and EB-3 categories. H-1B1 is available to Chilean and Singaporean nationals, and E-3 is exclusive to Australian citizens. Each category has distinct filing requirements and timelines, so identifying your eligible category early streamlines the process.
What qualifications does Deloitte expect for Project Management Analyst roles?
Deloitte typically expects a bachelor's degree in business, engineering, information systems, or a related field. PMP certification or familiarity with Agile methodologies strengthens applications, particularly for technology and federal consulting tracks. Relevant internship experience or prior consulting exposure matters more than years of experience at the analyst level.
How do I understand the H-1B sponsorship timeline when targeting Deloitte?
If you need H-1B sponsorship, the key constraint is USCIS's annual cap, with new registrations opening in March for an October 1 start date. Deloitte has cap-exempt client sites in some cases, but most analyst hires follow the standard lottery cycle. Aligning your job search and offer timeline to the registration window avoids a gap in work authorization.
